We do this by getting to the reason WHY our clients filled out the form, signed up, or reached out to us on BARK. Once we know the WHY we can coach consistency and motivation. We continue to achieve results through our values of consistency, compassion, and continuous improvement. We review our client's progress weekly and make adjustments whether it's online or in-person. We are there for any questions or needs. We continuously strive to improve our craft through certifications, peer-reviewed articles/journals, and seminars.

Consistency, consistency, consistency. I can't understate how important is it to commit to a program and see it through. It doesn't matter your routine as long as you continue to show up each week and ensure you're progressing. That is why we are here! We track your progress and add the necessary adjustments when needed.

We love watching people's habits, mental health, physical health, and overall well-being improve. It's an awesome feeling to know we've changed someone's life through our guidance. We also just love every aspect of fitness; whether it's researching the latest fitness journals, studying for new certifications, writing challenging programs, or connecting with our awesome clients.

After being part of the fitness industry for 8 years and training in another gym I realized I wanted to do it differently. I wanted a more affordable remote option with the inclusion of in-person training if needed.

We value consistency, compassion, and continuous improvement. We offer the most affordable pricing options and are even flexible in certain circumstances. We offer results that speak for themselves, if you aren't happy with your results we will continue to work with you for FREE. We want to be able to offer as much FREE credible content as possible and various resources so anyone can start changing their life today!

We provide both in-person and remote training and coaching. However, pricing and benefits differ between the two options.

REMOTE TRAINING:
-Tailored Workout plan
-Tailored Nutrition plan
-Weekly check-in via email or text
-Monthly check-in over Facetime/zoom (60 minutes)
-Video technique breakdown and analysis
-Workout Tracking and Performance Reports
-Access to workouts and daily check-ins via web app

IN-PERSON:
-Tailored Workout plan
-Tailored Nutrition Advice plan
-Bi-weekly in-person check-ins.
-Body and Weight Measurements
-Adaptive programming based on performance
-In-person technique correction and rehabilitation
