We decided to go with this particular company because of the reviews. That coupled with the fact that they charged $200 for one couch led us to believe that the job would be done well. They were done in just one hour and left the couch looking in worse condition then it was before the cleaning. Excellent work! My basement berber carpet looks brand new thanks to Glenn Rosenbower. The whole experience was wonderful. Glenn is courteous, knowledgeable and pays attention to detail . This company didn't work well for me. He was in/out of my house in an hour to clean 2 area rugs & sectional sofa. No "clean" smell after he was gone & the sofa looked worse, seems cleaner was left on the fabric & not removed leaving the couch very rough & stiff-feeling. I used a shampooer on an area of the rug the following day & the water was very dirty. I did receive a refund & had another company come to re-do the job. More...
