Excellent company to deal with. The whole crew is professional and easy going. I have used them a few times already because I manage properties, so I am always in need of carpet cleaning or grout cleaning services. Sometimes, I need short notice appointments and they always accommodate the appointment. Prime Steamers has cleaned our carpets twice. Once in a home we rented and once before we moved into the home we bought this past year. He was punctual both times and I felt his pricing was very reasonable.He was very thorough, especially checking the home we bought for pet stains (the previous owner had a dog). He cleaned all the stains and said if we saw any stains resurface to give him a call and he would come back and clean again, free of charge.I would highly recommend Prime Steamers Carpet Cleaning and will use them again! I too, was preparing to put my home on the market and needed my carpet cleaned. Stanley Steemer could not get it cleaned. This company made my carpet look brand new again! No more heavy traffic patterns showing or soiled areas. The prices are more, but the quality of work is better. Deion the technician was superb. He even asked me as the customer if the heavy areas still looked soiled before he moved on. What better service is that from a technician - ensuring the customer is pleased. The text messages prior to your appointment & the arrival of the technician. I also appreciate the coverage they use to protect your wall & staircase to avoid the machinery scraping it up. This company did more than expected. I made an appointment for my elderly mother to get her tile cleaned. Since I live in another state I was not able to be there to supervise of even help. I called them and they were nice on the phone. When the technician went to my mother's he helped move the furniture since my mother was not able to. He was extremely patient. We didn't charge more for the extra stuff he was doing but we thought it was fair to give me more, since my mother felt very cmfortable with him and he helped her a lot.
