This will be the only review any of yall need to read. This man Moh was born to design. He's insane, he turned the marriott hall which when you first walk in just looks like a boring old typical business hall into a freaking masterpiece. As the husband going into wedding planning I never thought I would care about decorations but I'll be honest working with Moh this became my favorite part of everything (other than food tasting). Every meeting we had was extremely fun, Moh and his mom are some of the nicest people on the planet and also Moh is absolutely hilarious. We would laugh so hard some meetings telling stories we would start crying. Then when it came to designing, he's just got an eye for perfection and glam. I had family members thinking my wedding cost 2-4x what it really did because of what he set up. I promise you, whatever the cost is to work with Moh its 110% worth it. To only have to deal with one person, not 10 different vendors  and someone who puts his heart and soul into this is worth every penny. I even watched him work for a few minutes, and I remember seeing him from across the giant marriott hall yell at a working because one of the tables was literally about an inch out of line. The only problem you will encounter is if you work with Moh, every other wedding you will go to for the rest of your life will seem janky and unappealing in comparison to yours because with Moh you'll see how all this smallest little details mean so much in the big picture. To this day when I hear families talking about weddings, they cant even compare ours to anyone else because they say my wedding was for a King and a Queen and a big part of it all is a thanks to Moh. Moh transformed our wedding venue to look like a beautiful palatial ballroom. We had a large Indian wedding at San Ramon Marriott about 1 month ago. Moh and Farrah were instrumental in making it as beautiful as it was. The mandap was beautifully decorated with tasteful white flowers with golden leaves and a white backdrop, letting myself and my husband pop in all the photos. The reception hall looked magical, with soft uplighting, a beautiful backdrop, and centerpieces that incorporated our peacock theme. Moh and Farrah were fun to talk to throughout the whole process. Moh's eye for decor is amazing, he helped us pick what we liked while giving us excellent advice and staying below budget. OMG! All I know is that we wanted to do an 80s theme for my husband's 50th birthday party. That is all the information we gave Moh and he created a masterpiece. .. I cannot tell you how many compliments we received on the decorations at the party. Moh should be in New York, Paris, or somewhere....but just your luck he is right in Hayward. Absolutely Amazing!!!Let me begin by saying that the level of service provided by Moh and Farrah is the best my wife and I have ever recieved. From beginning to end, we always felt that we were in good hands and felt like we were in the company of family.After searching for a couple of months for a decorator that knew exactly what my wife and I wanted for our wedding, we stumbled upon Prime Party Rentals on Yelp. From the very beginning the experience was different from other decorators. They listened to our ideas and also expanded upon them to make them even better! Other vendors pushed us to change our ideas in favor for something else, but Prime Party Rentals always put our wants and needs first. Moh and Farah were always communicating with us and were able to accommodate us even on short notice. They helped us pick the perfect flowers for both of our venues and even came up with a theme that was so special to us, birds. We had beautiful bird cages, elegant peacock feathers, and lighting with a feather pattern. At one point, the coordinator at our venue was not working with us with a few things, one of them was timing of set up and tear down. That's when Moh and Farah stepped in and spoke to our venue coordinator for us! Not only did they speak with our venue coordinator but they were able to get us more time for set up which relieved so much stress for us. Everything was perfect and beautiful at our ceremony and reception. Our guests are still talking about it till this day! Â We recieved so many compliments on our decorations, one of our favorites was, " Wow this is like a wedding you see in the movies, it's a royal wedding."We can't thank Moh, Farah, and Prime Party Rentals enough for everything they have done. Prime Party Rentals came through in every way that we could've hoped for. We planned our own wedding without an official planner and the team at prime party rentals was both patients, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The communication was clear and invoices were sent for double-checking before the event. There was a great selection of items to choose from too. I would like to say on behalf of my fiance and I that we truly love Moh and his mother. From the first moment, he blew us away with his personality, knowledge, and listening abilities. He took ideas we liked and turned it into a vision. My fiance told me that he could trust Moh with his eyes closed to help us create an amazing reception night. He showed us live what the designs would look like. He did not push any ideas and truly went where we wanted to go and also helped us do it in a cost effective way.I could see he was not concerned about making a profit margin and rather focused more on making sure he creates a masterpiece for you. Thanks to Moh and his wonderful mother for making both my events a dream come true! I had chosen Moh to fully decorate my bridal shower and henna party. .. he did an amazing job. Everything that he used in his collection was high quality. One thing I loved about working with Moh and his mother was that I never had to worry because they are so professional in what they do that it would be impossible for anything to go wrong. There are no words to how beautiful he decorated my henna party! Every guest table had its own unique style but yet it complemented each other. I was just waiting for my photos before I write this review; because no words can justify what Moh was able for do for me. The most important aspect for my wedding was photographs and for the pictures to be perfect i needed right set of decor. I thank my stars i found Moh, he can relate with you. When i first went there i had foggy ideas but he read my mind and was able to replicate exactly or even better of what i would have thought. The room was mesmerizing and everyone could not stop themselves from appreciating every inch and corner. When my partner and I were planning our wedding, I was clueless to so many things because I haven't been to very many weddings myself. How was I supposed to know what my "dream wedding" would look like? There were so many things to think about and even with most of our vendors in order and a wedding coordinator by our side, it still seemed like a never ending to do list. Our wedding planner suggested that we meet with Moh at Prime Party Rentals so he arranged our first consultation at his office. I was so over the planning process at this point that I was ready to just accept whatever he was going to put in front of us, just to get it over with. However, the meeting was quite different than I expected and we actually left feeling excited.Moh had a general idea in his head of what he could do with the event spaces, but he knew we had our own ideas and were conscious of budget. Unlike the other folks we spoke to, he didn't want to come out the gates pushing his ideas so he conducted more of an intake process. He immediately gave us the floor to give him an idea of what we were looking for and asked a ton of questions to get a pulse on the way we felt about the big picture stuff down to the smallest details. When we weren't sure or asked for his input he had so many great anecdotes to exemplify what he was trying to suss out. Before he walked us through his massive showroom (the fun part!) he briefly introduced the theme that he came up with from our conversation that hour. It was exactly in line with our tastes and was tailored around enhancing the strengths of the venues. When he called it the Gardens of Versailles, it was at that moment that it was no longer a long list of to do's, we could finally envision what our big day was going to look like.  At the risk of sounding cliché, it truly felt like we got our dream wedding thanks to Moh's creative and thoughtful design. He tended to every detail, no matter what changes we through at him. His rental rates were pretty competitive from what our other vendors would have charged. Moh is incredibly talented. Moh took the time to listen to what I wanted, took in what I wanted and I Â am not always easy to understand. Communication was excellent. Prime party took what I said and made it far more then what I even imagined. I knew Moh was talented which is why I chose prime party for my wedding, but I was amazed with was created at my wedding. It made me so incredibly happy! Any bride would be so pleased to be dealing with Moh during the process leading up to your wedding. Moh always reminded me that he was able and willing to help with what I wanted and did. Even the day of the wedding. I truly appreciated it! I just did another event with Prime Party Rentals. They are the classiest, kindest, most sophisticated, reliable, elegant, reasonably priced decorating company I have ever encountered. Â 5 stars isn't enough, all the stars in the sky on a starry night can't describe how happy I was with the way their company managed my parents 45th wedding anniversary. Â They did not only fulfill my wishes, but they did not cease to make the event perfect - but went above and beyond my imagination. Â There is no company for decorating in the entire bay area that you should go to - whether it be at a temple, wedding, or a simple home birthday party. I had the pleasure of working with Farah jaan, Moh's mother, in regards to last minute rental of some tables, chairs and table linen for a home nikkah. I was not able to come in until a day prior to the event due to my work schedule but Farah was so accommodating over the phone and was able to secure my reservation prior to me coming in. It was a smooth process and I was over joyed since I had such limited notice for the event I was throwing. Great customer service, genuine care and concern from the staff, and wonderful products/prices. Would definitely rent from prime party for my future events! I cannot say enough positive things about Moh. He is amazing and a true artist!!!! There is a difference between a decorator, who will try to do what you tell them to, and a designer, who will design a wedding/backdrop for you that's better than anything you could have ever imagined. This review is long overdue, literally 5 years overdue. Prime is our go to destination for all our party planning needs. We've done my wedding, my baby shower, my two friends' baby showers with Prime and we expect to do many more events in the future with them. Moh is an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only does he have an amazing sense for decor and design but he is so much fun to work with! Prices are also very reasonable. They have a huge warehouse and tons of choices. I am so happy we had Prime Party Rentals decorate our wedding reception venue in San Francisco. I found out about them through a colleague who had them decorate her wedding reception and her photos were gorgeous. As for my wedding, Moh and his team made my wedding reception look so beautiful! They exceeded my expectations. When my husband and I walked into the venue and saw the stage, our mouths dropped. It looked incredible! It was the perfect backdrop for all our photos. Can't say enough about Moh!!!!!! He gave me the wedding of my dreams- a rustic floral look with tons and tons of purple/wisteria/lavender tones. He knew exactly what I wanted from my description/pintrest. Honestly, he knew what I wanted more than I did. I showed him my pintrest and other pictures I found online, and he was able to take little things from each "inspiration" picture I showed him to make an absolutely breathtaking final product. He's also very versatile- right away I told him I didn't want the "glam" and "glitz" of the typical Desi/Middle Eastern Wedding and not only was he able to accommodate me, he even got different vases (that they didn't originally have in stock) in order to create my dream floral/rustic/lavender wedding! It was an absolute pleasure working with Moh for my engagement party decor/floral arrangements. My cousin referred him to me since she booked him for her wedding. She said his work is surreal, and she wasn't lying!!I was really stressed out due to the timeframe and my venue came with a handful of restrictions and challenges. Moh was beyond accommodating and took the time to visit the space with me and put his creativity to work! Moh is a genius! An alchemist who will turn any stone into gold. "Do you want a Ferrari or a Honda?" -MohWe first met Moh over 9 months ago for a consultation for our wedding. I wasn't sure what to expect as (being the groom) I am illiterate with most things that involve decorations. What struck me about Moh was how much he respected my (limited) input and made me feel a part of the meetings. He meshed so well with our big-personality families, and my bride really enjoyed working with him.How much is Moh's work worth? Every. Freaking. Penny. His design for our (Indian) wedding was unparalleled and flawless. He truly made our vision become a reality and exceeded our (probably unrealistic) expectations. There are many other decorators in the area, but if you are considering going elsewhere, just remember that with Moh, you will be extremely well taken care of. When planning my wedding, I knew I wanted to go with Moh for decor after seeing his work. Moh is so much fun to work with, and more importantly he's great at what he does! After showing him my outfit, he came up with a color scheme (colors that I would've never thought of, but looked perfect next to my outfit), table formations and stage decor. I told him I wanted a very clean, classic look for the stage without a lot of draping, and what he did was absolutely gorgeous. I had the pleasure of working with Moh to do my decor and floral for my engagement party. Â He also did my sisters engagement party 4 months before mine. I was really stressed at the time because I kept changing venues which also led to me changing my decor on Moh multiple times. Â He was so accommodating! He really gets creative and can basically envision what you want. Â I trusted him of course to do his thang which I'm so glad I did because I don't even know what I was doing at one point!He showed up the day of the event super early with his entire staff and set up-- even though it was so hot! First off let me begin by saying when it comes to design and decor I know what I like but unfortunately don't have the vision to make it come together. Well that's why there are Moh's in this world. Moh was such a pleasure to work with and his eye for design is like none other.The first time we met Moh, he talked to us as if we were his friends and not his potential clients. Starting off on that note was extremely pleasing. He had a lot of ideas right off the bat and helped us create a theme we envisioned but could never put together ourselves.It all came together with only two visits at his location and one visit at our venue. This review is 8 months tardy but wanted to give a shout out to Moh, his mommy and the team at Prime. Â They did a fantastic job with our reception decor / staging, the chiavari chairs, uplighting, draping, etc. Â We especially loved our reception stage setup which was elegant and oh-so-clean! Â It was exactly what my wife and I wanted! Â Moh and his team are very creative when it comes to making what you want actually happen.One piece of advice for couples searching for wedding vendors: Use as few vendors as possible. Â We had one vendor for flowers, one for the mandap, one for something else and then Moh for the items mentioned in paragraph 1. Â If we had found Prime before we signed contracts with these other folks, it would have saved us a lot of hassle. Â When we found Moh, he mentioned to us that he could do EVERYTHING that we needed but we had already signed contracts elsewhere. Â What a bummer! Â That would be the one thing that would have made our life easier during planning.Finally, we made some changes to our reception layouts, etc. only a couple of days before the wedding to make the flow better for the room. Â Moh took the changes in stride and got everything set up the night before for our wedding staging and had the reception setup complete way ahead of schedule on the day of. Prime Party Rentals did the most phenomenal job at our wedding - Our guests were in the awe of the decor. Our reception actually got delayed, just because our guests couldn't stop taking pictures of the "mandap"/stage - it was straight out of a fairytale wedding. Moh and his team went out of their way to deliver the most beautiful picture perfect decor and staging, which was special and unique for me and my fiancé. Every little detail from the tassels on the napkins to the personalized pin lights were given extreme importance by Moh and his team at Prime Party Rentals. Words do no justice in expressing my gratitude for all that Prime Party Rental had done in making my recent engagement party look like a fairytale, literally! ! Moh exceeded my expectations in every way possible in making my envisions into a reality!! From our first meeting to the day of my event, Moh was extremely responsive and catered to all my complicated requests. Moh was so patient with my indecisiveness with center piece combinations and color scheme and went out of his way to send me pictures of samples he would set up at his warehouse. He was very attentive and genuine in his feedback during every meeting, which I appreciated immensely! He worked hard in ensuring I was 100% satisfied with all the stage decor, flower arrangements, table setup, and the amazing white dance floor! His mother, Farah, was nothing short of amazing herself. Moh did our wedding Decor for our wedding on May 29, 2015. Moh was nothing but creative, very understanding in regards to our wants and needs and worked within our budget. Essentially he made my vision into a reality. He went above and beyond and threw in a few extras for us; our family and friends loved the decor and setup and would not stop raving about it. I had prime party rentals do just the pipe and draping for my sisters wedding at The Bridges Golf Club in San Ramon, but ended up receiving so much more! Moh in one word is amazing! He was such a pleasure to work with and his attention to detail is wonderful. He uses the best quality drapes and he will not leave until everything is impeccably designed. I greatly admire that type of work ethic! He had great crew members as well who showed up on time to setup and that same night to take down everything. He allowed me to use his crew members, helped out the florist, and the sound guys! Who does that? I was taken aback by how kind and generous he really is! He will go above and beyond to help everyone around him to ensure a successful event even if he is not getting paid for it. I am so grateful to have found my go-to rental company! I went to Moh 1 month before my brother's reception party, and thankfully he was available. I was able to get everything done with only 2 appointments. I absolutely love Moh! Â All the little extras that he did was just amazing! I was so pleased with Moh. He made sure that I did not have to stress about anything, I would simply send him a text message and within a couple minutes get an answer back. I had a vision in my head of how I wanted everything to be, Moh was able to bring it to life and it was over the top. They set everything up (literally everything...from chairs, centerpieces, stage decor, candles, tables) and even picked it back up. I got exactly what I wanted and so much more. He completely changed the look of the entire venue, Moh really is amazing, talented, and he really listens to what you want to make sure that you're happy. He goes above and beyond to make it happen. Moh & his team decorated my engagement party last weekend. They did an absolute BEAUTIFUL job with everything from the stage to center pieces, etc. Figuring out decor can be a stressful process for a client. Meeting Moh, Fara and his staff put me at ease. From the minute you walk into Prime Party Rentals, the staff is very helpful and willing to meet all your needs. They're very easy to contact and communicate with which is vital during the planning process. Moh is very patient and goes through all the details of the decorations step by step. I initially called Prime Party Rentals among many party rental places because I was looking for centerpieces for my company party. Â I ended up getting linens, chairs and lighting from them as well. Â Instead of having to work with different vendors, I only had to work with one. Â Compared to the other companies that I called, Prime Party Rentals' prices are very competitive, but you get more for what you pay for. Â What sets them apart from the other companies was the personalization of the services. Â They actually asked me what my vision was and provided a design that interpreted that vision.
