I would like to take some time and thank Carolina, from Prime Management I called on a Friday late evening to let them know I had issues with electrical problems. That same day I received a call to let me know that someone was going to call me and set up appointment. On Monday morning 1st thing I get a call from electrician telling me he was on his way to come fix the problem and he did!!!! I am an apartment investor and I have used Prime Management to manage numerous properties over the years. I am kind of hard to please and have not been overly satisfied with other property managers but I have been very satisfied with the Prime Management group. The turn around with the company and their service has been very prompt and has occurred with courtesy. It took a day to get word that the place was mine after many people had sought the property and Nayeli was very helpful. She would email or call when she needed to communicate. After I moved in, I asked for a few things to be checked on and the company brought in very professional and quick service to remedy the things that needed to get checked. I have to tip my hat to Prime Management.  I moved into one of their properties a little while ago and they've been great. The property manager is an affable gentleman who always greets everyone with a smile and always answers his phone when something is needed.A great example: when I asked for help with a minor plumbing issue he came by right away even though it was Memorial Day.  I told him I'd be fine waiting until Tuesday so he could enjoy the holiday, but he generously came by to fix the problem right away.  ...Now that's a great property manager!And their office staff is the same.  Always polite, responsive and easy to communicate with over the phone, via email and in-person.Kudos to Prime Management. 5 stars well earned. I screened about 6 different Property Management Companies. It was not easy getting a response! Most of my calls only reached voicemails. One company took 1 week to call me back. Another didn't bother showing up for our appointment. My call was actually answered by a live and polite person at Prime Management, Inc. Danny Flores from Prime Management came over to take a look at my property. He was very professional. I was impressed with the informational package he gave me. The package is pretty much everything you need to know about their company and more; the services they provided, sample of agreement and even their fees! Nothing is hidden. Danny was definitely knowledgeable in his profession. He gave me answers to my questions about the industry and even specific questions on my property market info. Danny was polite and patient in explaining basic things I don't know about property rental. I actually met and interviewed 4 other property managers. None come close to Danny's professionalism!
