My sincerest appreciation for your staff, they have always been outstanding and kind to me and mi Rayo del Sol. On the anniversary of a beloved loss, they went above and beyond any expectations.
Gaetano is like family to us, came in to work on his day off to make sure everything was perfect, thank you my friend.
Damon is always checking on us, making sure we are OK and always adds a smile to our face. Thank you.
Jennifer always smiling and kind to all our friends, you add sunshine to all that come to the bar.

Had an excellent dinning experience today. As we walked in we were greeted with a big smile from Joe ( Mgr) who had us seated immediately. With in a few minutes we had our drinks and placed our lunch order. We both chose the Brunch Burger which is made with short rib let’s just say I am a beef snob (normally only purchase prime or wagyu.) I was charged over $50 for a prime ribeye that was chewy and grisly. I will say the service was impeccable. However, good service doesn’t trump bad food. I won’t be going back!

I go to Prima at least once a week! I love to patio dine there. Great service and Really good food! They have great brunch on Saturday and Sunday. If the Suleiman family owns it then it is always better. I also love Havana Country club and Lopez.... all owned by them. George Suleiman I originally met in 2017 when they previously owned Johnny Rockets he really knows how to train his staff. When I lived in Virginia Trace across from Lake Sumter Landing I went to Red Sauce weekly. I loved their Osso Bucco! of course the Suleiman family owns Red Sauce. If they own it it's always better!!! We were with a group of 28, for Brunch. Our waitstaff did a very good job. The food and portions were good. Only one person had a bad experience. The chef noticed that her French Toast was burnt and started preparing a new plate. The manager came to the table and explained what was going on and apologized. When her order came out it was under cooked. She wasn’t charged for the meal and another manager gave her a free meal card. Management and staff handled the situation in a professional manner. Others also got the French Toast and didn’t have an issue. We’ll go back and try their lunch and dinner. More...

My reservation was unfortunate last night because after an hour the party before us still hadn’t left. The manager was amazing. He took great care of us and eventually we sat elsewhere. Drove from Ocala for the Brunch . Worth the drive . Prompt seating , excellent waitstaff , and great menu . Market pricing . Unique do-it-yourself Bloody Mary bar . 18 minutes agoNEW We wanted a good piece of Prime Rib for dinner and heard this was a good place to eat. We asked for an extra plate to split our meal and ordered our baked potato loaded plus wanted horse radish sauce for the Prime Rib. No extra plate, no sauce no loaded baked potato and on top of that the Prime Rib was tough. Asked for the manager and all we got was a free drink, he said he could have another one made and send it home with us, but we were not going home.
