As a designer it's important to have a local connect, aka a great local printer for quick turnaround projects so that you can curb as many rush fees as possible. I've heard of and researched and driven by Prima plenty of times but have yet to utilize their services until today. To say the least, I was very impressed with their impeccable service and print quality. I had to print some business cards for a client and needed them next day. I easily placed my order and confirmation email. I had a few errors, on my part, and ended up needing to cancel a portion of the order. Needless to say, I had plenty of questions along the way. Danni (sp) was ever so patient and answered every question. I picked up my cards after hours. The transaction was smooth and quick. For the quality and the speed of service this is a no brainer. I'll definitely be back here. On top of that, every time you place an order you accrue rewards points, redeemable for gift cards / credit once you reach a certain amount of points. Beyond excellent in their responsiveness and assistance for all of my orders. Product quality is far better than competitors with higher prices. ..go figure. It's great to have a REAL same-day printer in town. Quality has always been amazing, and I order at least once a week. No printer/printshop/designer is perfect but this is pretty near. If I ever had a complaint it would be that they are always busy, but when you are as good as they are you can understand why. More...

Honestly only 2 reasons I didn't give a 5 star, because I love Prima you all have been my go to since I found out about you, especially for flyers and new biz cards when in a rush. So much easier to drive down to 14th Street from Douglasville than to pay ridiculous shipping costs. It's been a blessing for those of us who are really just getting started, and in one of my businesses, I sometimes design a flyer or other informational piece for clients to put into gift bags and this is where one of the 2 things come in you did away with the "business starter" type packages and prices I can't pay $30 for 100 flyers and charge a client $40 for them they can get that anywhere and when it's for say a family reunion for 100 folks, obviously 250 isn't feasible. So those packages being gone will impact my use. The other negative, I just got a notification of a bad review from a Facebook friend and I couldn't fathom it, so came to see what and it was gone don't know if they removed it, or you did but you got to let folks see the bad and see how you handle it. I understand having to have your pricing be profitable, but those just getting started, will be those who will one day be buying 5,000 and 10,000 at a time they will remember where they were able to get 100 flyers or 250 biz cards for a great price, one day service and all the customer service and help that Prima provides when that day comes. I would (and do) recommend Prima to all of my clients. Everyone I've ever encountered was nice courteous and have a great sense of urgency! !! The company I had prints some stickers for me ruined my order. Not old did Prima beat the price with a custom quote but they had the ores ready to go in hours!!!! Deadline was my biggest concern. Prima is absolutely FABULOUS!! I have been talking about them to everyone I know! From the time I walked into the door I was greeted by Zebib and explained to her what my web service needs were. She immediately begin walking me through my options and offered many suggestions! She then offered me coffee and some of the yummy cookies that they have in the front reception area and scheduled a consultation appointment for me with Johnathan. Johnathan listened carefully to what I was looking for in my website. I told him of my strict deadline (about 5 weeks) and he assured me that if I was able to get all of my photos/etc over to him that he would definitely be able to get it completed by then and he delivered! Johnathan put together a professional website for me with everything I was looking in just 5 short weeks! He paid very close attention to all of my needs, always responded to my questions promptly, was very friendly and overall a joy to work with! I would recommend Prima to anyone! Even in the midst of some production and shipping issues, I am most definitely giving Prima Atlanta Printer a Five star rating! The final product, overall cost, and customer service that I received were STELLAR. When I received the initial product, I realized that there was some damage that occurred during shipping, and some of my product was missing, so I called Prima right away. The customer service department recommended that I send an image of the damage to Sara (an employee at Prima). Within 5 minutes, Sara had replied with the most apologetic and sincere e-mail I might have ever received! Not only were they STILL able to get me the order before my preferred date, but the product I received was top-notch and exactly what I needed and asked for. This was the first time I have used Prima, and because of my wonderful experience with them, I will most definitely be returning with future printing needs! More...

Would recommend prima to everyone who needs print work done! After having awful experiences with other printers saying that I couldn't get decent business cards in the short time frame I had, I went to prima. Got excellent business cards, and other printed materials done and picked them up the next day (only because I went in after 3pm. They offer same day printing services if you order before 3pm) and the quality was far superior than all other options and they were also extremely affordable. I ordered booklets for a graduation event this week, and I love how they turned out! Professional and top quality. 5/5 stars for Prima's product. The convenience of ordering online and having the option to pick up also gets 5 stars. This first experience I had with them had a few hiccups, though, that I want to point out. I submitted my order on Monday, and the company called me that evening with questions about my order. I missed the call but was able to talk with someone the next day. Turned out I had ordered the wrong product based on what I wanted. I'm really glad Prima called and got that figured out for me! At the end of the call, the gentleman said he would take the hold off my order and pass it along to production. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. It wasn't until Thursday that I got called again to ask when I'd be able to pick up my programs. They told me the order was on hold and it wouldn't be ready until Friday. I told the fellow on the phone that I needed to pick them up that evening. He checked with production and said that they would be able to have the program's ready by 6:30 that evening. True to their word, Prima had everything ready for me Thursday night, but it was much later than I expected to have my order ready. Also, the gentleman I interacted with in the store, Vance, left me with a negative impression of Prima. There was no greeting or smile. He told me to sign in, got my box of programs for me, and set them in the counter. I asked if I could see the programs now, and he put scissors on the counter for me. That was it. 2 stars on Vance's customer service. Feedback for Prima: we're gone you're welcome. Being told to fill in all the information that will allow someone to help me on a piece of paper felt very sterile. Besides that, keep up the great production work! More...

Nice place to get flyers and business on the same day and the prices are unbeatable.  I learned of Prima when I was looking for someone to print some save the dates. I got 250 for $45. Okay so I only needed like 100 of those. I'll figure out what to do with the rest of them later lolI gave 4 stars only because of the mix up I received when placing another order.  I wmet in to look at the diffrent paper qualities and colors on a Monday and was told that my proofs would be ready in 2 days at noon and that I would receive a call for pickup.  Noone called me to let me know that they wouldn't be ready.  I called them and was told that they would be by the end of the day and that I would receive a call. I didnt. On Thursday I placed a call at lunch time and was told the same thing. I received a call at 5pm and crossed my fingers for enough time to sit through traffic and get there before they closed at 7. I got there right on time and my proofs were cut to so I had to wait and also wait until my quote was drafted which shouldve been ready when I place the order for the proofs but whatever.  I sat and waited patiently to be told that the paper that I chose were stocked at a limited supply and was being discontinued.  Great. Aaaand my quote was ridiculous!  Why did I chose the most expensive paper in stock? Sounds like this will be a diy project afterall. Sigh. Jaclyn was really helpful.  She helped me chose another style of paper that still had a good quality for invitations and was patient with ME when I wanted to do a little tweaking.Anyway, this store was extremely busier than the last time I went in. I overheard Jaclyn say that they had 48 emails that they didn't get around to responding to for the day and it was already 630. They need some help fast! I hope they get everything in order because printing jobs are always time sensitive for customers and their projects or events. All in all, I would still reccommend this place for printing services. They print door signs, bookmarks, tickets, banners, life size cut outs, any size poster you could think of and they do graphic designs if you need that too. More...

I was surprised to see that this place offers actually a lot more than just print services.  Their design team offers amazing design services, even on par with some of the larger design firms out there, but at more than half the cost.  They designed business cards and some flyers for my company.  I went in there without a clue about what I wanted and they were able to work with me.  They offered ideas and solutions to what I wanted to do.  The process made me feel so pampered.  I can't sing their praises enough and will definitely be coming back for more orders in the future.  Thanks Prima for putting customers first!
