This is an updated review. I want to rate the customer service I received from working with Darlene to address my concerns. Darlene was pleasant and positive throughout all of her responses to me. Alice and Darlene,
I want you to know how Very Displeased I am with the service you provided to me on Friday evening (11-30-18).
I paid for service from 7pm to 10pm and the photo setup only became available for use around 7:32pm when the dinner service started.
I tried to stay positive but became even more annoyed at seeing your assistant get a plate of food from the buffet without asking permission. All of my guests had not yet arrived and her getting a plate of food was very unprofessional!
At least 50% of the pictures turned out dark and very unappealing. Darlene, you should have noticed the overall darkness and made whatever lightening adjustments that was needed. We also didn’t receive (enough) pictures to justify the cost. Darlene reimbursed me $50.00, but I would never have paid more than $200.00 overall for the service we received.
My guests forwarded me pictures taken with their phones which I intend to have printed to create a decent photo album.
Based on this experience, I would never recommend using your services. The only positive I have to say is, you had a nice variety of props.
