I had originally booked Josh at Prestige Home Services to install 10 light fixtures in my home a few months back. Unfortunately, life had gotten in the way and I suddenly had a lot of things to handle, which caused me to cancel his services. Josh was incredibly understanding and said he'd be there whenever I was ready. He meant that. Fast forward to now, months later, he had made the trip out and was happy to put all those light fixtures up. Not only that, but during his time working at my home, the tire on his vehicle had blown out and he didn't have a spare. He managed to handle that fiasco all while still getting all the fixtures up that day. He works with the utmost amount of professionalism and is very critical of his own work, making sure it is impeccable and that the client is happy with the result. He is also extremely respectful of people's homes and safety, with wearing shoe covers around the house (despite me saying it was fine) and wears PPE to protect everyone he's working with during this pandemic. It is so nice knowing that I can count on him and put all my trust in for future projects. It can be difficult to find trustworthy and dependable people in this trade.
