I booked Prestige limo for my wedding day on 7/17/21. I'm leaving this one star because of the fact that the limo showed up on time and the driver was nice. However, if you remember July 17th of this year... it was a monsoon. It DOWNPOURED the entire day which we tried not to let ruin our day.. but when the limo they sent you DOESN'T HAVE A WORKING RADIO, it kind of puts a damper on trying to forget that the weather is absolutely horrible. The radio did not have a working Bluetooth player, the USB port didn't work, and the only "solution" the driver could offer was that we could use an Aux cord. I don't know about you but I don't travel around with Aux cords. He should have AT THE VERY LEAST been able to produce one for us so that we could enjoy music. I was beyond lucky that one of the groomsmen HAPPENED to have one at the hotel we were staying at. Otherwise I would be asking for my money back. When you send a PARTY BUS to a wedding for a day, you should probably ensure that your radio works. Just saying. Kind of a big piece of why people book limos. More...

I had an incredible Memorial Day weekend touring the wineries alongside Seneca Lake with the help of Prestige Limo. Our driver was punctual, patient and very accommodating. The 10-passenger stretch was nice and spacious for our group of 5 (7 originally but 2 had cancelled). I wouldnt look any further for a luxury ride in this region!!!! Just spectacular all around!!!
