Wow, what an expierence! My Wedding day was a in a heat wave, in the 90's with 100% humidity. We rented 2 vehicles. One had no air at all, the reception hall's A/C unit was not working. Margie sent us a New Hummer with Lamborghini doors, it was wild and everything was working well. What a pleasure it was from time to time to be able to sit in that beautiful vehicle in the A/C. Anyone can show rent a limo and they really nice. However if you want jaw dropping down to the floor looney tunes style the only place you should look is Presidential Limo Service. My daughter's Quinceanera transportation to St Theresa Catholic Church and photo shoot by Presidential Limousine was exceptional.  The super stretched limo fit everyone in the court and the godparents very comfortable.  The driver was very nice and professional. I have only good things to say about Presidential Limousine Service! In August of 2015, I booked the 23 Passenger Executive Mini Bus. Max was our driver, and he was fantastic. I was very specific in my instructions for the event, one of which was that the driver MUST arrive no later than 8:00am. Max was parked in front of our hotel at least 30 minutes early. I was blown away!The Mini Bus was in excellent condition, and our group had a great time. So much so, that I've booked it again for our 2016 event! Sunny is extremely professional and willing to accommodate unique requests. I appreciate that he prefers to speak on the phone about reservations rather than doing everything via email. Presidential Limo provided transportation services for our daughter's Memorial Day weekend wedding at Celebrations at the Bay in Pasadena. It is a beautiful venue right on the bay, but in an out of the way locale. We also had a lot of out of state guests. We used the Hampton Inn at BWI as the base hotel. Presidential Limo provided limo services for the bride and bridesmaids, groom and groomsmen and for the parents. We also hired two 55 passenger buses to transport guests to and from the venue with an option for an early bus departure (which no one actually used the party was so good). All of the transportation arrived at the scheduled time and drivers were accommodating and friendly. Marge at Presidential Limo was very helpful in organizing and helping us work through options to help meet our budget and work through availability issues given the holiday schedule competing with other events and prom season for service availability. We had the names and phone numbers of all drivers and Marge was also helpful in getting us organized to efficiently move everyone in the right direction at the right time. No fuss, no muss. I booked Presidential Limo for a birthday winery excursion on the strength of their website (excellent), prices (competitive), and phone charm (Sunny, both in demeanor and in that that was the name of the nice man I talked to). I put down my deposit and hung up the phone with a smile, confident I had made the right decision. Then I checked Yelp and proceeded to shoot myself.* Based on the reviews below, I was confident that I had doomed my friends to an experience that was at best good "for the story." We are all in our early 30's, btw. We no longer enjoy doing things "for the story." Our story is that we like having nice experiences and then going to bed early.What a surprise it was, therefore, to have...a thoroughly enjoyable experience?! Our driver, Max, was courteous, friendly, and bang on time. The limo was new and in great shape. We enjoyed our ride to and from Boxwood Winery in Middleburg, drinking the whole time and singing 90's classics, and Max humored us with utmost class. I'm glad I didn't go by the Yelp reviews. I had the most AMAZING experience with Presidential. I am so glad that I didn't go by those negative Yelp reviews. Sunny did tell me that Yelp has been removing ALL his 5 star reviews and I didn't believe him at first but after receiving his 5 star service, I do believe him. We reserved the Sprinter Limo with Presidential. Every single aspect was absolutely out-of-this-world. I spent a week looking for a great limo service for my girlfriend's birthday. I wanted to create a once in a lifetime type of experience and we got more than we could ever have anticipated. Sunny was fantastic in every way. I contacted him and I immediately booked with them and he persuaded me and I am glad I gave them a chance. I made several changes to our reservation along the way and yet they were still helpful, positive and cheerful. "No problem !"Sunny called the day before to confirm everything and wish us a fantastic evening. We had a Blast!!!!!!! - thanks SunnyMax our driver was AMAZING he was better than on time he was early he called me to ask about parking and offered to load out drinks into the vehicle and show me how to operate the sound system. Sunny was very pleasant, showed a strong inclination towards customer service, and was more than accommodating. He shared their many fleet options and was able to find a new vehicle fully loaded with all of the necessities. Sunny and his team were extremely amazing on our wedding day! We had the driver do two trips from a hotel in Old Town to our venue, and then back to the hotel after the reception. His team was so incredibly flexible, professional, and upbeat. I spoke with Sunny a number of times leading up to the wedding. He was in constant communication with us which made us feel very at ease! Then we decided we wanted to book another hour with them to extend our reception on the day-of. Our driver was so accommodating and Sunny even gave us a 50% off discount for the extra hour! I planned my friend's wedding in Washington, D.C. and for transportation we used Presidential Limousine. We needed 2 sedans for transportation from the hotel to ceremony and then from the ceremony to the restaurant for the wedding dinner. To our surprise we received a free upgrade on one of the sedans to a limo! Both limo drivers were very punctual and professional. The drivers took very good care of the wedding parties. After the wedding dinner we hired a stretch expedition to drive us around as kind of a wedding after party. It was the best experience ever. Our limo driver Eric was so wonderful. He took us to the monuments so we could see them at nighttime. Anything we needed he made sure we had it aka bathroom breaks. I hope I can have another wedding in Washington, D.C. so I can use Presidential Limousine again. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable limousine company with the best rates for any event. Trust me, I called a lot of companies and Presidential Limousine had they best rates. Also as a side note I know when it comes to Yelp that sometimes reviews can be one-sided and exaggerated. I have worked in the restaurant industry in New Orleans and we have received awful reviews from customers that were straight up lies. What some might not know about Yelp is anyone can create an account and literally write whatever they feel. It should be noted that the business can do nothing about the review, even if things in the review aren't true. They can't have it removed nor can they voice their feelings on how the customer was. It should also be noted I read some bad reviews on this limo company and even so decided to use them for my friend's wedding transportation. My Mom turned 85 and we took her out for Mother's day. Presidential had sparkling cider, a banner & the red carpet service. Their service was impecable and we will deffinatly be using them in the future. I have never seen my Mom so surpised and happy.
