My wife and I had Hunter-Douglas automated blinds installed by another company. The installer, it turns out, was not a Hunter-Douglas Master Installer as he claimed to be because he did not work for Hunter-Douglas. Tom from Prescott Window Coverings came out, assessed the problems and they were big ones. He worked with Hunter-Douglas and Hunter-Douglas provided all new blinds because of the issues. Tom installed them, leveled them and they work like they are supposed to know. If you have Hunter-Douglas blinds or any blind issues contact Prescott Window Coverings. Just had our Hunter Douglas blinds installed today.We love how they look, push up from bottom or pull down, no dangling lines. Our installers, Tai and Tim, did a super job of doing our 3 story level house. They showed us how to properly raise and lower the blinds and slide the sliders curtain properly. We just moved into a new house in Granville. We had called Christine at P. W. C. a month before the completion date so that we could get everything ordered. We are now in the house and Vic & Ty were here this morning installing all the coverings. From start to finish, this has been a first class experience. Excellent staff and product! Our sunroom has been transformed. Christine knows her product...we were able to narrow down our choice both style wise and color quite quickly. Her measurements were spot on. We thought we would have to wait about 5 weeks for the blinds to arrive, but we got a call in two weeks that they were in. Ty and Victor installed the 11 blinds in a little over an hour, asking for our input when necessary. They cleaned up the area AND helped us move two looms in the sunroom. Thank you, gentlemen! We were very happy with the service that we received from PWC. Christine was great and very professional. She was such a pleasure to work with. Our HOA was strict on what type of coverings we could have and Christine really did her best to provide us with several options. The result is not what I wanted, thanks only to our HOA but, the product we chose looks fabulous and we are very happy. The installer that came to our home did an amazing job. He was courteous and did a great job cleaning up. He also was kind to answer all my questions. We recently had a repair issue and it was handled promptly and to our satisfaction. We had been doing business with Tom, the owner for many years and have referred him to several of our friends. I was a little disappointed that he didn't return my call when all I wanted to tell him was thank you again and that he had a great team. And recently I had a concern and thought I'd get a call back then and never did. That's why I didn't give you 5 stars. Also, I would recommend the coverings with remote control. From the saleswoman to the installers my experience was excellent. Christine came to the house and spent 2 hours with me going over different options for the bedroom and den.  She was so pleasant and helpful and I felt we had gone over every question I had.  Ty and Victor came to do the installation, they were quick yet very thorough, including taking down the old shades and even spackling the holes from the shades and also previous drapes!  My experience overall with Prescott window Coverings was first rate, I would highly recommend them. Having purchased a new home we had to seek out someone to take care of the window coverings.  After a little research we decided to try this company.  It was a good decision.  We met Tom Binkley who took a lot of time showing us different coverings and explaining the plus and minuses to help us decide which would work best in which room.  Once the home was finished and we could start measuring things Tom came out and measured all the windows.  He even gave us some great suggestions for type and color that would accent the rooms.  Once all were made they called to make an appointment to install.  Tom arrived as scheduled and installed all the shades.  They did a great job and cleaned up after.  We are very pleased with Tom and crew.  Yes we would recommend them to anyone seeking quality product and service.  You can't go wrong.Unlike a previous review we did not find any of the pricing to be over rated.  In fact we felt Tom gave us a very good deal for all the windows we needed coverings for.  As the old saying goes you get what you pay for and we feel we got more than what we paid for. Tom, the store owner was very professional and helpful in educating us about the products we were interested in. He made us feel at ease as he explained how the products were manufactured and the different types of materials used, along with how and where they could be used. He helped us make informed decisions on the types of window coverings that would work and look the best in our home.  We made an appt. for Tom to come and measure our windows. He followed this up with a reminder email. He arrived on time and was very thorough in taking measurements as we have a few "difficult" windows.We were advised of when the coverings would be ordered and when they arrived. We had to wait on installation because of problems with new windows,and PWC stored our window coverings for us while the window issues were resolved.  When we were ready we made an appt. over the phone with Tommy for installation. He followed this up with a confirmation email.On the day of installation, Thomas arrived right on time. He was very polite, respectful, professional, and knew what he was doing. He was courteous and personable, and explained why and how he was doing things, which reflects very well on Prescott Window Coverings.We love our new window coverings and we appreciate the great customer service and value we received from Prescott Window Coverings.We Highly Recommend Prescott Window Coverings! We had to replace a pair of ladders in our window blinds.  I was afraid it might be cheaper to just buy new ones, but decided to get an estimate.   My fears were greatly overblown!   The cost was VERY reasonable, they replaced ALL of the ladders,  and I am quite pleased with how good our blinds look now.   I had actually called another window blind company first but was referred to Prescott Window Coverings.   When a company in the business recommends a competitor,  I think that is a very good recommendation. Great customer service and reasonable prices. We ordered a house full of blinds. They got here when they said they would. Installation was quick and boxes and wrappers were picked up as the install occurred . They even found one manufacturing issue in a blind that they didn't like (that I didn't even notice) so they reordered and reinstalled it. Very happy with our blinds. Great company.
