After a less than awesome experience - described below - the manager and owner contacted me and immediately offered to send a replacement bouquet. Fortunately the second delivered bouquet made my mother as happy as the many bouquets I have sent from this location in the past. One small hiccup and then they showed us that they really do stand behind their service and products. Very impressed.Updating for now and hopefully will go back to my original 5 star review! Shortly after leaving this review Allan's flowers called me and apologized. They are sending a replacement bouquet TODAY. I called to see if my mother was home and told her to wait for the delivery. She is very excited and happy and that is all I was hoping for. I am really impressed (again) with Allan's flowers. Hopefully this bouquet is up to the many I have purchased previously. Everything can get back to normal now. Well, I have used Allan's flowers several times for my mother who lives in Prescott Valley and she was always DELIGHTED. However, I recently sent a bouquet for her birthday and it was a MARKED difference from what she has received in the past. I am not cheap, I will spend whatever it takes to make my mother happy. I usually spend around $100 to $150 on the flowers, but am happy to spend twice that if it is worth it. My mother sounded very sad when she told me that this bouquet started dropping flowers the morning after it arrived. She and her husband actually drove to Allan flowers and told them and apparently the woman was very nice and gave her some stems to take with her - but stems don't make up for a birthday gift ruined. Not when your mother is 82. I don't know where I will go now for flowers, this was really a bummer as they were my go to in the past. Now I have Thanksgiving and Christmas coming and have to find another flower shop. More...

Very happy I went with Allans Flowers. Called in to see if they could deliver flowers to my grandma who was in the hospital near by- I called them in and placed the order past the delivery cutoff time- They said no problem and I was able to place my order, pay, and have them delivered within 15 minutes!!! wow. great customer service.

Five days ago my wife received a table Center peace for her birthday. It was beautiful when it arrived but has continued to display an array of beautiful flowers now that some of the Siberian Lillies have opened up. Allan's replaced my sad bouquet. GREAT service and I thank you. The ORIGINAL bouquet roses and iris' only lasted three days and the mums/filler lasted three more days. This was a pricey purchase and feel bad for my friend whom purchased them. They were in such poor condition upon delivery - roses open and edges curling, iris' somewhat wilted. On day 2 one of the hydrangeas started dying so I called them and asked if they would replace the stem. Jessica at Allan’s flowers was incredibly easy to work with for my wedding. Very responsive and quick to update any changes that I had. They labeled everything perfectly, so no one had to come ask me while I was getting ready whose corsage was whose. My bouquet was exactly what I wanted and I got a ton of compliments not only on the bouquet, but the ballerina wrap ribbon on it. It was classy and perfect. Heather is AMAZING! I ordered 2 boutonnieres, 3 corsages and my wedding bouquet. I had to order 1 more corsage last minute and she was able to make one up. The flowers were delivered on time and they were fabulous. She ordered the roses and other flowers just for me and incorporated some of the bling I brought to her a few days before the wedding.
