First off the owner showed up 15 minutes early. that's always a good sign. He also got the job done in the amount of time that had been agreed upon. I had recently sold my house and wanted it as clean as possible for the new owners. He was very meticulous and thorough. He cleaned areas that I had forgotten about. I can not say enough great things about Prentice Perfect Cleaning!!!! The way this company took care of my home makes me want to shout their name from the rooftops! After calling 10 different cleaning businesses, Prentice was the ONLY one who called me back and the only one who offered every service I was looking for! Beyond that they were so flexible with their schedule! There were a few set backs on MY end of things & they didn't let that phase them at all. They worked with me as my timeline changed and never once complained or said they couldn't do something I asked for. I'm 3000 miles away & that didn't stop them from coming in & not only doing the job right, but sending me pictures and communicating with me the entire time... and let me tell you, even from the pictures the floors were sparkling more than I have ever seen.
