The day before my wedding I was confused, I had been planning my entire wedding myself and I thought I had it figured out… when I called Miss Carolyn she asked me what I needed, and when the wedding was. . I let her know it was tomorrow and I didn’t know what I needed.. it felt like so much and so little… she immediately took over… got a list of what I had taken care of, what is till needed to do and got it done within 24 hours. My wedding wouldn’t have ran so smoothly without her.. I’m so blessed that she was apart of my big day.. my only complaint is that I didn’t hire her sooner! My husband and I had a clear idea of the luxury wedding that we wanted but little knowledge how to execute it. After searching WeddingWire, we found Carolyn of PREMS, LLC. The first time she and I spoke over the phone, we talked an hour. My husband and I met her for a consult and hired her for full wedding planning services, almost immediately. We clicked instantly. We found Carolyn very energic, honest and professional. We hired PREMS, LLC about 13 months before our wedding and there was ALOT of work to do. Carolyn got right to work and helped us with site selection, vendor procurements, ceremony and reception decor design. She went dress shopping with me, held my hand as I selected my favorite dress and attended every dress fitting. She worked with our videographer and photographer to plan the most elegant and amazing engagement video production. Carolyn managed nearly all communication between us, our vendors and also the wedding party. She prepared our wedding weekend itinerary and day-of run of show. She kept US ALL on task and on target. She kept me sane and calm, LOL. Addressing Carolyn as simply a wedding planner is an understatement...over the past year, I have known her to be a mediator, tiebreaker, subject matter expert, counselor, production manager, movie critic, motivator, whip cracker, personal shopper, public relations consultant, hype woman, lunch date and finally...a dear friend. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, you made sure we stayed on track and helped us with anything that we needed, even well before your month-of coordinating services truly began. Your recommendations for certain vendors were very useful as well. You were a HUGE help when we encountered any issues, whether it was within the bridal party or with other vendors. Being a COVID bride was not easy, but your genuine guidance and support made all the difference. Carolyn went above and beyond in planning every detail for our wedding day. I thought I had most things planned, but the level of detail she brought to every aspect of our wedding made everything run as smooth as a dream. I did not have to worry about any part of the day and was able to enjoy being in the moment. Our planned timeline worked perfectly and she worked hard to make sure every detail was right. Wedding Planning
When a bride & groom needs and wants help planning their big day from the very start of their engagement. Essentially it is a production to execute the details of a clients wedding day; I will manage those production details. I will handle all logistics including budget spreadsheet, venue vetting/selection/visits, décor/design preferences, guest list submission, officiant selection, wedding day run-of-show and all other vendor referrals/research/vetting selections. Of course, you make the final decision unless I have been authorized to approve selections. Unlimited meetings, calls/consultations, emails and texts with vendors and couple. Wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours) and full day lead (with an assistant depending on the details of your wedding). Curated wedding mood boards for vendor submissions of your theme/vibe. Will also attend your final dress fitting. I work closely with décor stylists/designers guiding my clients to capture their envisioned dream concept whether chic minimalist to ultra-glamorous luxury. Although some venues offer a wedding rep., my refined service is from the perspective of the couple as their “lead vendor” to all other vendors, the venue and the wedding party which delivers a detailed extensive thorough experience.
Special Event Planning
Planning your corporate, faith based, minimalist chic to ultra-glam luxury party or any other special event is that responsibility that you can hire and trust P.R.E.M.S. to execute successfully. Book signings, Ceremonies, Celebrations, Health/Wellness Fairs, Product launches, Presentations, Workshops, etc. are all welcome.
