Premium Clean gave me a fast, honest quote quickly and I was able to schedule a large sectional, entire basement carpet, and some smaller miscellaneous items to be cleaned. Nate was easy to communicate with, on time, courteous, put down something to protect the floor (including corner protectors for the hoses so they didn't rub/leave a mark).There's a 7-day guarantee and Nate was true to his word. We had some pet odor that didn't come out of the couch on the first pass, and Nate came back out to make it right. Wow! (or in today's parlance - OMG), Nathan and his assistant Alex came by to clean the carpet in my living room and hallway. They had lots of stains that I thought would never come out, but after an hour or so they were all gone. I was amazed, and thankful. They also cleaned a small area that I didn't pay them for, and gave me a bottle of primo spot remover. I would recommend Premium Clean to anyone without reservation. More...

Needed my stairs cleaned due to a kids accident. Nathan was there the next day and did a great job.
