I called them after another local company had to cancel my carpet cleaning last minute. Steve took my call and seemed very friendly and professional and was able to get someone out same day. I believe it was Joe who came out to the house and cleaned the 2 bedroom carpets and area rug. He was friendly, professional and did the job quick. The carpets look brand new.
