Judy is the epitome of an excellent trainer. I just started training with her recently, however I am already beginning to see results. Not only is she extremely knowledgable in all aspects of fitness, she has boundless amounts of patience and never fails to push me beyond my capabilities during our sessions. It worries me how easily she can make me break a sweat using my own body weight or the simplest pieces of gym equipment. In addition to personalized workouts, Judy stresses the importance of good nutrition. And while she has a basic meal-plan for optimal results, she also makes recommendations based on your lifestyle and pre-existing eating habits. Beyond that, Judy is just an overall a great person. I never feel judged when working out or trying something new (even at the end of a set and my arms feel like jello), her contagious positive-spirit and constant motivation keeps me going. Great trainer that actually cares about their clients. In the past I have hired physical trainers that have failed to improve my physical fitness while acknowledging my history of a herniated disc. Sometimes I would have to cut my training session short because these back problems would affect my workout and the trainers had no alternative training for me, thus causing me to have no interest in exercising. With Judy, she really progresses your training, challenges your body limits while keeping you injury free. Every session is always different but very fitness goal oriented, which makes exercising fun. Before training with Judy I was running a 9:00 minute mile pace, but training with Judy for just a few sessions I'm currently at a 6:45 minute mile pace and still improving. More...

Judy is great. I've been training with her for almost a month now. Her sessions are well planned and exercises are highly creative. I'm always looking forward to what she has in store for me. <br>She comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience. I approached her to help me with strengthening. I am having a great experience with Judy. I was very nervous about getting a personal trainer because I never worked out before, but Judy really makes you feel comfortable to train with her. She assesses your ability and then pushes you to reach you goals. You will get a good workout and will be spent by the end of sessions. She tailors the workouts to fit the needs of individuals and I am very happy with the results I am seeing. I feel much stronger and have already noticed toning a few weeks into training. I communicate and follow up with clients on additional non trainings days to see how their additional homework exercise days are going and offer nutrition tips to expedite their fitness goals.

Seeing the transformation changes every few weeks with before and after pictures to stay on track
What inspired you to start your own business?
I struggled with my own weight throughout my life, however, I also enjoy strength training since my teens to now. I understand what it takes and can empathize with the clients,

I have a lot of knowledge through 20 years of training experience, from rehab training for all levels of abilities, watching your form closely and getting creative to constantly shock your muscles to help you through plateaus.
