How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Taking the time to hear their needs and desires. I suggest only things that will go well with what they have in mind.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and seeing their smiles when they enjoy our food
What inspired you to start your own business?
My son. He wanted to open a restaurant but I felt led to do a catering business

We adhere to all the local rules and guidelines. We follow health department rules and are a certified mobile kitchen
