Tailgator Technologies is a relatively new company, but growing rapidly, and I knew it was time to have a major overhaul of the existing website. And it had to be good. We had recently made the critical decision to go B to C, so all digital information had to be just right and tailored to our demographic.

I received bids from 5 companies, who all worked different platforms. Wix, Shopify, Strikingly, Wordpress and one or two others. After considering them all and the pros and cons, I selected Pravaah Consulting. Yes, there were good reasons I could have gone with the others. But, for me, choices are made on the initial relationship/or connection I have, and the confidence in the person I talk to. They must be not only extremely knowledgeable in the "craft" but understand exactly what I need - In the brief discussions I had with Pravaah Consulting, I realized that this partnership" would be the right one. Personalties meshed. General ideas were creative and the back and forth process established a comfort and confidence that the end result would be exactly what was needed. Every company I looked at offered advantages. But I chose Pravaah Consulting, and I'd glad I did.

It was a detailed and thorough process. Questionnaires are filled out in detail so that your consumer was defined accurately. Does the product fit, what emotions are you trying to elicit. What images (great collaborative work here) are best to resonate with your audience. Graphically, are there enough templates and designs to work with? Too many!

Starting with information I provided, he and his well rounded out team put together pages and ideas, beyond what I had considered, and then we would discuss the idea. Great back and forth hatched new ideas. Easy to work with, creative, great sense of humor - not just a tech group who wants to crank out websites. They want to get it right. He treats your site as if it is his very own. He's communicative...doesn't disappear for 5 days while you urgently have an idea to consider.....and soon you have a site that you love, but more importantly, your customers respond to, the "right" customers find you and, well, it means I very am happy I made the choice to work with Pravaah Consulting.

And, because of these results, he and I are developing a broad marketing strategy covering all bases in social media and more. If that's half as successful - and fun - as this website exercise was, I'll be a very content business owner and I have a feeling this partnership will be a long one.
