As an Architect in Campbell, I have had the pleasure of working with Prats Construction on over 20 projects over the last 8 years.  Frank and Bryan Prats and all their staff make a great team for all projects great and small. I have worked with Prats on projects ranging from smaller home remodels to large scale whole house renovations, from new restaurants to office space tenant improvements.   I currently have the pleasure of working with them on two projects: The first is a cafe in Los Gatos (Tea on the Avenue) and the second is a residential remodel in Willow Glen.   Does not matter the size of the project or if residential or commercial - their attention to budget, schedule and detail is always the same.I never hesitate in recommending Prats Construction to my clients as I know he will always serve the client well. The contracted business projects have included building a stage, wiring electrical panels and installing new plugs, building a new sound booth, repairing a walk in refrigerator, paining. Prior to opening our business doors Frank  walked through all inspector visits ensuring construction met code standards. All contracted projects were completed in a timely manner with no extras. Frank  diligently worked with my partners and I finding materials for the jobs at best value. Frank  communicated clearly what each project entailed (materials, cost, labor hours) meeting all his estimates on target.I highly recommend Prats  Construction. Their work is skilled craftsmanship, resourceful, efficient  and competitively priced.
