The bruschetta is very delicious. It is a true delicacy that is served with toasted and buttered bread pieces with ready-to-assemble ingredients. On the ingredients platter are sliced mushrooms, roasted garlic, roasted red peppers, sauteed onions, sliced tomatoes, pesto, warm olive oil, two other tomato-based sauces, grated parmesan, and mozzarella balls.This bruschetta can be a meal in and of itself; but not knowing this we also ordered the wild rice chicken soup and a battered fish taco bowl. Our most recent visit was for the chef's choice 5 course meal. We were given this as a gift, and boy was it a GIFT. Amazing food - each course was fantastic. Dare I say the soup course was my favorite of them all though? It was. I have attended this place now twice, both for birthday occasions. The first time I went, it was nice and chill to celebrate my friends birthday. We went because this place has vegan options. Thank you for that.Second time, I didn't have a choice. I was blindfolded for my own birthday and the server went along with it all. We came here using a Groupon. It wasn't very busy when we visited, and it showed with attentive service and prompt, superb dishes! I don't doubt you'd receive wonderful service on even the busiest days, however. The atmosphere is quaint, with a lot of neat things to look at while you wait for your food. Nick and Team were instrumental in making our groom's dinner and wedding as magical as they were. We hosted our groom's dinner at the Iron Range in Crosby, part of the family of restaurants Prairie Bay has, and couldn't have asked for a more intimate, delicious and low-key evening like we wanted! Their pizza and cocktails are to die for! For the main event (our wedding!), Nick did an amazing job coordinating ahead of time on details, capturing all of the intricacies of hosting at a private residence and ensuring we had the perfect menu for our budget, tastes and dietary needs.
