Q&As

I love the flexibility I am granted by owning my own business. Second to that I love being given the chance to better train young employees, and even some veterans of the business. The chance to better someone's skills, and open up greater opportunities is amazing.

Unfortunately it came from all the bad experiences that I have had, and watched others have in the industry. Luckily, I had the knowledge, so I took the plunge.

I know what it takes to get things done. I am open and honest, and that can be a double edged sword. But I'd rather keep my integrity, and not trade it for a extra $.

No, we provide physical protection. So working remotely is not a option. Can we have someone watch cameras, sure. but there hasn't been a big call for that.

Our employees follow the clients protocols. I also provide PTO so when some gets sick, I allow them to use their time, unlike a lot of other companies.

Services

We offer armed guards to protect clients and clients assets. Protecting clients is generally close protection/bodyguard work. Protecting clients assets can be, but not limited to high value items, such as documents, jewelry, currency etc. As well as property, businesses, and employees. Guards can be uniformed, or plain clothed for close protection jobs.

Our guards have access to ongoing training. For some positions it is required that they take this advanced training. Advanced training can cover topics such as medical training, law, use of force, as well as firearms training. Why would it be considered advanced? Because it exceeds the minimum level required by AZ DPS. Typically the tests to pass this training require AZPOST(Arizona Police Officer Standards and Training) passing scores.
