I will tailor your exercise to you. I offer bodybuilding, powerlifting, Kettlebells, Olympic lifting, HIIT, plyometrics, and speed training.

I offer weight loss, sport, and general nutritional counseling. I will meet you where you are at. Whether we focus on adding healthy food or fully locking down your diet for an event coming up.

I work to find the emotional reasons why the client wants change. I help work past mental blocks that many of us have. I will be in touch with you almost every day encouraging you and pushing you forward.

Willingness to be consistent. However the body of your dreams is more about perception than how you actually look. I encourage people to practice body acceptance while pushing them to get healthier physically.

All I'm doing is adding good to the world. Physical and mental health. I've worked jobs where that isn't true. I love the positivity of it.

I had done personal training as a side gig since college. Eventually I realized I could make more money doing this than with my degree.

I will be monitoring your progress and updating your program daily depending on the circumstances of your life.

I only provide online services. I use an app to deliver the workout program and nutrition guidance. I video chat or phone call weekly or bi-weekly; client preference. I text every day you workout or as needed to discuss nutrition.

We fill the gaps in your nutrition by finding foods and recipes you enjoy.

Rule is: You can have what you like if you get what you need.

With continuous feedback and good practice we work on your meals...and create a list of recipes and routines that will support a long healthy life.
