We work with mainly Business Owners and C-suite folks, but anyone can benefit from good coaching. We handle startups and successful business owners in equal numbers and we find that both can benefit well from our services. We do coaching contracts for a year (most usual case), but I will split up 3 months at a time (or month to month).

What makes a great website?
The website must be tied to your marketing. Having a great website alone is like having a book at the library that keeps getting dusty because no one reads it. Tying the website to your marketing efforts makes people come and at least view your site. Then, a successful website will offer some education on you and your product(s) and service(s), and offer multiple ways to take action including a way to talk to a person about your products(s) and service(s).
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Coaching anyone in anything is like taking an elite athlete and assessing their talents and weaknesses, then applying methods to help them perform at their best. It's about creating goals and achieving them, yes, but it's got to be sustainable. In a full assessment over time, the first question you need to answer is: where do you want to go? The second question is: where are you now? The third question is: what are your resources? And finally, ask yourself: what am I willing to do to get the outcome I want? With these four questions, we can begin to help. Our assistance is based most importantly on your goals and values at the center of your customized plan.
What do you love most about your job?
The best feeling in the world is when our clients no longer need us! Dependency on a coach for life is not the aim in coaching. It's teaching the process that will help you make the very best decisions in your life and business. Sure, there may be times in the future where you want to bounce ideas off of a coach, but you can choose those moments. Definitely, there are some people who just enjoy the coaching atmoshpere so much that they keep us on indefinitely. Don't let that cloud your judgement in deciding to start. Getting you to where you want to be is the best feeling on earth for a coach.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Coaching came as a secondary idea to helping people with their challenges. We enjoy helping people succeed. That's the reason we're in business and stay in business. We don't "sell" anything. We ask if you'd like our assistance. You make the choice. Your success is our best reward!

We've always worked remotely, so we haven't changed that method. It has kept our customers safe for years now.

Many people ask what does a plan look like to achieve their goals. Business plans are very specific, and their ultimate goal is to be able to fund your business and run your business using the plan. Life plans are similar, but completely goal-oriented. The outcomes in a life plan are the very reason for the plan. Both are set up to see the obstacles ahead, track your current activities, and plan ahead to deal with future challenges. Start where you are, plan, and you'll find you'll be able to achieve anything you envision.
