Twenty-four hours a day, free weights, Zumba class, clean showers in locker room, and stretch mats with a music selection playing that everyone will agree with. I love it what more can I say.

I've been at powerhouse for close to 6 years and it has been the best gym I've been at. Other than a sauna and pool they have everything you need. The place is pretty clean and the staff is friendly. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I referred several people in and never received what was promised. Nice place with all the required equipments. I never opted for a personal trainer so no comments on that. Staff are friendly and helpful. Level of hygiene needs a little improvement. If you o there between 11am and 1,pm watch out for the grunting idio . He grunts even when not lifting and looks around to see who is looking
Then there are the ones that need to talk very loud so everyone can hear about stuff know one is interested in. No worry management and staff are not big on enforcement of the guide lines posted around the gym.

I LOVE my gym! After visiting other gyms and other instructors, I realize how awesome I really have it here! Super clean, friendly staff, great childcare (more room for the kids to kick balls and run around would be wonderful, but space is slightly limited in that department). I can't say enough good things about the instructors. Melissa, Tee, Sharon, Becca, some of my favs. I get a great workout and I don't get bored doing so! I had an issue with childcare months ago but it was handled professionally and everyone was happy in the end. I would recommend this powerhouse to my friends and family in a heartbeat. More...

Great gym, always friendly staff and other members. I'm always zoned so I don't talk to other members often. The 24/7 access is great! Let's you go in when there's only a few people in there. Then you can really focus on what your working on. Would be a 5 if the contract options were a little more broad and had more to choose from and could upgrade or downgrade. Other than that I love it! And they also opened my eyes to a new ingredient to replace milk with, being apple juice. Being lactose intolerant it'll save me a lot of money! More...
