Powerfit Training Center is a family owned private studio. It came together with a few shared common goals. To own and run a private facility where individuals feel SAFE to exercise and are TAUGHT the correct ways to exercise to avoid injury and progress towards a more healthy and active lifestyle.

There's no secret! But, consistency is KEY! You need to be consistent inside and outside the gym.

Having over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, it seemed like the next best step!

My years of experience and the clientele I've worked with over the years speaks for itself.

I would prefer to provide them in person. However, I do use a platform to post individual workouts, if the client is interested in doing workouts that are designed by me on their own.

We are a private studio and all equipment is sanitized and mask wearing is the client's choice post May of 2021.

Services

1 on 1 training with a Certified Personal Trainer, all sessions are 1 hour in duration. This includes an active warm-up, workout, and cooldown with some stretching.

Learn how to use a foam roller to relieve tight muscles and increase flexibility.

2 on 1 Training with a Certified Personal Trainer.

3 to 10 participants with a Certified Personal Trainer.

Small group class specifically focusing on the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer. Other exercise equipment may be used as well.

Small group class specific on a rotation of several exercises with an on going timer for work/rest measurements.
