Helping them stay accountable to at least 2x/week of strength training and asking about their diet.

There's no secret! But, consistency is KEY! You need to be consistent inside and outside the gym.

Having over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, it seemed like the next best step!

I would prefer to provide them in person. However, I do use a platform to post individual workouts, if the client is interested in doing workouts that are designed by me on their own.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are a private studio and all equipment is sanitized and mask wearing is the client's choice post May of 2021.
Personal Training
1 on 1 training with a Certified Personal Trainer, all sessions are 1 hour in duration. This includes an active warm-up, workout, and cooldown with some stretching.
Foam Rolling
Learn how to use a foam roller to relieve tight muscles and increase flexibility.
Partner Training
2 on 1 Training with a Certified Personal Trainer.
Small Group Training
3 to 10 participants with a Certified Personal Trainer.
TRX Class
Small group class specifically focusing on the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer. Other exercise equipment may be used as well.
Circuit Training Class
Small group class specific on a rotation of several exercises with an on going timer for work/rest measurements.
