I am a manual therapist who specializes in advanced bodywork modalities to bring the body back into balance. Modalities include Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage and Visceral Manipulation (this includes digestive, respiratory, spleen, liver and kidneys/adrenals), as well as therapeutic massage to help the body recover muscles, ligaments and joints, as well as relaxation massage. I use essential oils to enhance recovery and well being.
