What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy helping couples save their marriages. I have been married for over 30 years and I have lots of experience to offer. I work with men and women who have experienced infidelity in the relationship. I have a Infidelity Recovery Program. I also help men and women who get triggered by teaching them how to self-regulate those emotions and master their emotions. (Emotional Intelligence)

What inspired you to start your own business?
I recently retired from the U.S. Federal Government having provided counseling services to veterans, service members and families for over 13 years. I provided senior executive oversight of over 73 VA Counseling Centers in over 8 states, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. I have gained valuable experience that can help any client overcome adversity and change their story.

I am compassionate and have a heart for people. In this field you have to have empathy. Empathy is putting yourself in the other persons shoes. Feeling the pain that they feel and not being judgmental. I will acknowledge your pain and work with you to find purpose in the pain.

My services are remotely conducted by video or in-person by appointment only. My office is at 450 Century Parkway, Suite 250, Allen, TX 75013.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Keeping my clients safe is a priority of mine. I will wear a mask if it makes the client feel comfortable.
Relationship and Mental Health Coaching
As your relationship coach, I say let go of the idea that you are supposed to have a perfect marriage. Let go of the idea that she should be different. Let go of the idea that you should have physical intimacy all the time. Let go of the box you have placed yourself in believing marriage is what you see on television or a fiction book. Marriage is hard work. It's not 50-50. It's more like 80-20. If both couples show empathy for each other using the 80-20 principle, you can have a very rewarding and fullfilling marriage/relationship. You both are on the same team, cheering each other on all the way to the finish line. Let me show you how it’s done.
