Great recommendations on recovery, with his own experience with labrum tears! It doesn’t mean the end to sports and fitness.

Power Body is simply one of the best gyms in Seattle. I have been seeing Nikolai for one-on-one personal training sessions for over two years and in that time my strength has increased, I have more stamina for cardiovascular exercise, and my overall health and well-being has improved tremendously. His personal training sessions are super effective and I would recommend Power Body to anyone interested in getting a great workout. One of the things I appreciate most about Nikolai's approach is that he's quite patient and clear. I don't have much natural body awareness and I tend to do exercises in all the wrong ways but, thankfully, Nikolai is great at showing me how to move properly and he is incredibly patient with me when it takes some time to get the exercises down right. Additionally, he's very accommodating and willing to modify exercises to account for old injuries. I have noticed that I'm much more toned than ever before I doubt that I could have ever gotten to this place without his guidance and support. I had a number of trainers before I found Nikolai and my sessions with them were nowhere near as effective, motivating, or fun. Nikolai is an amazing trainer and I recommend him and Power Body to anyone that wants to take charge of their health. Give him a try - you won't be disappointed! More...
