What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We offer Bookkeeping clean-up and maintenance. We offer Business Formation and organizing. We also provide Tax Preparation Services for Personal and Business. We do offer out clients checklists to assist in claiming every deductible their business is eligible for. For example: Cleaning Services, Event Planner, Nurses, Trucking, Uber/Lyft Drivers, etc.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Having your books in order can make or break your business. It is very important to have tax planning and see how your business is doing each quarter. It helps you ensure your business is healthy when it comes to trying to find funding to grow your business.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to educate and solve my client's concerns and put their mind at ease. We were never taught about how to properly handle our finances, so it’s important for my clients to have a better understanding of their tax situation once we’ve worked with them. We take out time, there are no "dumb questions", we ensure they feel comfortable and educated.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I already had been in turn financial and customer service industry for years. So I took my level of expertise, partnered with taxpayers' lack of education, and turned it into a business that educates and helps those in need in the community.
Why should our clients choose you?
I take pride in putting things in perspective and laymen terms for my clients and helping my clients reach their financial goals. Sometimes partnering with larger corporations keeps you from being able to make a personal connection with the person that’s handling something very personal for you. I care about building a relationship with my client while keeping things professional.

Since the pandemic, we have gone completely virtual. We do offer document pick-up services for those in need within the DMV area. Otherwise, we do offer Zoom calls as an option for our newer clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Switching to a virtual office has not only saved us money but provided our clients with the freedom to not have to physically be in our office in order to get things done. We put in extra effort and took a lot of our clients feedback to ensure we created a seamless process from start to finish. We utilize multiple streams of communication to ensure each clients needs are being meet, whether that be over the phone, via email, via text or zoom.
