I offer cakes, cookies and pies. This year a food truck has been added to my company, it runs by the name Chicken Butt Food Company. What’s your signature dish?
Right now I own a food truck so my signature dish would be my burgers. I make chicken and pork in burger form. This truck is not a bbq truck so no pulled or smoked anything. I also make a veggie burger from scratch and so far everyone loves it.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I ask my clients questions and try to get know what they are going for in a theme. I don't want the client to feel rushed or they didn't have a choice in the menu.
What do you love most about your job?
I love cooking and baking and seeing the smiles it brings to peoples faces when they see the out come.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to have control over what I could offer and create for clients. I want the clients to feel like they have a choice when it comes to their events.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am new in the catering business but I am a culinary trained and educated chef. My daughter and I really enjoy cooking for other people and seeing the joy our food brings to the events.
