The Coaches here are awesome. The workout rock from start to finish,i always walk out of class a sweaty mess. If you're not sweating by the end of these classes,then you're not human. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I start with interviewing each new client. We discuss needs and goals. We make a plan to achieve these goals and work at it at every session. I keep in touch with the client as much as possible, checking in with them on their days off.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I empower people with real food and real, regular exercise. This is the best combination for sustainable weight loss.
What do you love most about your job?
I empower people. I give them the tools and information for sustainable weight loss. I love to watch someone transform to a healthier version. It's an honor and a reward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I lost 50 pounds in 2010. It occurred to me that if I could do it, so could others. It is my passion helping people get better health and wellness.

Because I've been overweight several times in my life, I've tried all the fad diets. I know what works. I'm professional, affordable, effective, and fun!!
