I contacted every highly rated printer in Daly City and the southern part of San Francisco for a special job that no one could do: printing prepaid postcards from the Post Office. They are 3.5" x 5.5", and the smallest width all the printers could handle was 4". Fortunately, I tried PosterBoy in Pacifica. Not only could they do the job, Steve, the owner, was incredibly friendly and courteous. He finished the job in 2 days, which is like the speed of sound in the printing world. I have done several projects with Steven Smith, the Owner of Posterboy. His strong attention to detail, creative insights and excellent customer service is why I wouldn't consider anyone else to handle my specialty printing needs. The value that comes from Steven's experience was really evident to me when I needed a corporate project completed with a short deadline. I needed a large banner for SF Pride for my company. Steven didn't just get the project done ahead of schedule, he sat down with me to ensure the design looked perfect, the images I provided were up to my branding guidelines and even that the stitching matched up to make it look perfect. I love Poster Boy! He has done a lot of different projects for us, everything from business signs to artwork that is in our home. He can take a picture from a book, have it digitized, and blown up and mounted for your wall. Recently I forwarded a random vintage picture off an ad and he was able to capture it, blow it up and mount it for our living room wall.For our business he has done 3 roll out banners that we use frequently. Everything is always price quoted first and every detail agreed upon before work begins. Awesome printer!!! Steven know how to get a job done right. I've used him for a few bids so far and he always delivers on time and high quality. My first time working with him was on an odd client job- a transparent light box display. We met and went over several options, where Steven suggested materials that I didn't even know existed. Their website showed me they had a wide range of top-drawer experience. Â Within minutes of talking with Steven, I could tell he was a real professional. Â (My job for Steven was a personal project, but in past corporate life over 10 years, I selected and managed many dozens of graphics production vendors.) Steven printed brochures for me and certain colleagues recently, which turned out excellent. Â I am consistently amazed by the high quality of his work and the level of professionalism it imparts. Â The images and colors just pop out of the page. Â I have also seen examples of other work by Steven and PosterBoy, and, again, they are just excellent. PosterBoy did an amazing job printing the brochures for my business networking group--it's great to be able to have a quality product to hand out (OK, maybe I'm biased because I'm also one of the people on the front of the brochure). In any event, if you need any kind of printed material for your business, I highly recommend giving Steven a call. What a great experience we have had. Â Our business has now used Posterboy SF twice now. Â Each time, Steven has gone above and beyond our expectations. Â The most recent experience was for an outdoor sign. Â Steven made sure that not only did he listen to what we were asking for specifically, but also made further recommendations. Â When the sign was installed, Steven knocked it out of the park.
