Positive Paws Pet Training

We have 2 schnauzers pups that are now 1 year old and started showing signs of aggression at 6 months.  We had been through 3 other trainers and just wasn't getting results with the issues with which we needed help. Kim came to our home, which is where our dogs live their lives, have the issues and where their behaviors need to be calm and welcoming.  She also met us in parks so we learned how to handle strangers and other dogs on leashes. She taught us why they do what they do and gave us great insight as to the methods it would take to help our dogs be comfortable and not scared anymore, which is the cause of their aggression. We are on visit number 4 and things are changing.  It takes work.  It takes time.  It takes patience, but it works.  Anyone who listens to her, and does what she tells them to do, will benefit.  Your dog will benefit. My husband and I are looking forward to having a wonderful relationship with our dogs.  I wish we would have found her years ago, so our previous dogs would have been happier too. The information and advice she gives is invaluable. So worth it. And Kim is no more expensive than other trainers.  I can't believe she doesn't charge more.  She has a masters degree in counseling. Kim was absolutely amazing! We hired her for the Puppy Program, and we plan on continuing with her Basic Program. Our Maltese, Sadie, LOVES Kim, and is so excited to train when Kim comes over. It is so convenient that Kim comes to our home, so that the entire family can be "trained." Usually, we found, that we needed to be trained more than Sadie! This was some of the best money we ever spent. Rider was the first puppy I ever had. I have always adopted rescues in the past, so I had no idea how to train a puppy. Needless to say, we had some serious issues. So when I started to get frustrated with HER, because I didn't know what to do, we decided to call for help. The entire experience was amazing. From the consultation to graduation. And so so affordable. I loved the way Kim and Meghan listened to our specific wants and needs and personalized a plan for us. Meghan was an awesome trainer. She was so patient with me and provided me with all of the tools I needed to help my dog to be obedient and happy.
