My experiences at this clinic have been top notch. For the longest time, I've been troubleshooting symptoms of rashs, low energy, etc and could not get a straight answer from the norm. After visiting this office, we sat down to establish my baseline. The doctor took a blood sample and tested it for food allergens. Talk about a game changer! Its been serveral years since that initial visit. Still today, I've never met a doctor who made such a huge impact of my life. I plan to continue having this clinic as my primarily care practitioner. I can't speak highly enough of this staff and office. They are incredible! I've been visiting on and off for the last 4 years and Dr Blake was the first doctor I went to that gave me hope that I wouldn't be dealing with my chronic illness for the rest of my life. Before visiting I was so frustrated with being tossed from doctor to doctor with no one truly understanding the root of the problem of my illness or taking the time to listen to me. After my initial consultation I felt I finally had a team on my side who truly cares and wants to see me healthy (and without being on a prescription medication the rest of my life). Amazing team of Drs and assistants. The combined talents is a unique approach to medicine. I have been going to Portland Clinic of Holistic Health for a little over 5 years. When I first found Dr. Eric Blake my intention was to cure the Plantar Fasciitis in my foot. I had gone to many doctors and tried EVERYTHING, including cortisone shots, physical therapy, wearing special socks and inserts. I really thought this was how I was going to live. I had never tried holistic medicine and was pretty much a skeptic. Dr. Blake evaluated not just my foot and the pain I was feeling but my overall health. Within 5-6 weeks his treatments on my foot made me pain free and I have not had a single recurrence since. To me this was a revelation. This started an amazing journey for me back to health, clarity and well being. I now go to the clinic for pretty much everything (flu, strep, bloodwork, IV treatments, joint/muscle strains, insomnia, nutritional consults) and rarely see my MD doctor. I appreciate that the approach is to always figure out the root cause and not just treat the symptoms. I have learned so so much from Dr. Blake and his staff. I was surprised to read any negative reviews on here because my experience throughout the years has been nothing but positive. I've been treated by several of the physicians at different times within the practice, including Dr. Kadykalo (who saved me from a horrible bout of Strep when Dr. Blake was out of the country), Dr. Reiter and Dr. Coplin. They are all very knowledgable, friendly and care about how you are doing not just as a patient, but as an individual. I find this type of care to be far superior than going to my regular doctor. Yes there are supplements and I gladly take them because I feel so much better than when I don't. They are tailored to your specific needs and/or conditions and switched up accordingly. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is serious about dealing with certain health issues as well as overall health and well being. More...

Amazing treatment of lower back and sciatica pain- they are not prescribing opiates to try to “manage” pain (which didn’t work for me anyway) but actually improving my condition, no more pain! Dr. Reiter has been wonderful. Having to pay out of pocket and wait for insurance reimbursement is annoying but worth it since I am now pain-free. More...

What I appreciate most about this place is that they focus on your over all health, not only your symptoms themselves. They look to treat your whole body and the root of your symptoms. The staff is professional and kind. I’m kind of a shy person but they are always warm and friendly which makes it more pleasant and comfortable to go for treatments. Great place for full honest health care. Great herb formulas in capsule form that actually work. They work as the doctor advises precisely how and what time of day to take to get the best results.
Superior staff and doctors. Recommended to me years ago by a health practitioner and meditation teacher who still goes there. They also have
half hour to 45 minute individual designed office treatments that relax and heal. When you are done you leave feeling great!
