Erika is an empathic, open-minded, and knowledgeable therapist. Our sessions and overall treatment plan feel collaborative and flexible. It's a huge relief to be in treatment with a therapist I can trust to give sound advice, and listen to and integrate my feedback. My mental health has improved immensely since I started seeing her. Thank you for everything, Erika More...

I really enjoyed my sessions with Erika. She helped me work through problems and become more reflective. There was a good balance of listening, questions, and validation of my emotions and situation. I would definitely recommend her to my friends. More...

Erika has been changing my life since we first started sessions. I was struggling to find someone knowledgeable about dissociation & queerness, & Erika has fulfilled that and SO MUCH MORE! So grateful to finally have a therapist who understands my symptoms! More...
What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting others in feeling more free, confident and aligned. Watching people heal, step into their power, and transform themselves and their lives always leaves me in awe of how amazing, beautiful and adaptable people can be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the freedom to work with people in creative, flexible and new ways. I wanted the ability to pursue my visions, creative impulses and natural work style while serving my community in ways I am passionate about.
Why should our clients choose you?
Relationship is essential to healing and making changes, that is why fit is so important. I prioritize the client relationship and the space we create together is safe, accepting, and at times challenging. This is what drives results. Choose me only if you feel we are aligned.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I only provide remote services and have client platforms that support this!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We will only be meeting over video/phone/apps so we will not be at risk.
Coaching
Do you want to address intergenerational trauma and internalized toxic beliefs and patterns, but feel overwhelmed or stuck? I work with motivated individuals who want to get serious about unlearning harmful patterns internalized through personal and societal experiences, relearning how to relate to themselves and others, and creating transformation for themselves and their communities. Do you feel caught in a cycle of dedicating yourself to growth, but then feeling guilt, shame, frustration, and exhaustion soon after?
Coaching catalyzes significant transformation by helping you integrate new frameworks and tools to participate meaningfully in a liberatory future. You will feel more deeply connected to yourself, knowledgeable, clear, and rooted so you can confidently live out your values and support community change while feeling balanced, resourced and aligned.
Coaching is a space where we work within a specific time frame, through a honed process, to accomplish personal goals. Coaching is not meant to address active mental health needs, but rather to expand on a stable foundation so you can maximize potential.
Consulting
Do you need to consult with a professional about a specific situation, but don’t necessarily need ongoing therapy? Consults are meant to help you gain understanding and direction with the help of an outside perspective.
Consults might be appropriate for: Time sensitive situations where you need professional advice and perspective, making difficult decisions, navigating a conflict, preparing for a difficult conversation, receiving psychoeducation about a mental health related topic, navigating a parenting challenge, etc.
Psychotherapy
I work with adults, families and people in many types of relationships. Therapy is a space where we work together to support healing and improvement in your mental health, functioning, and relationship to yourself and others. I work with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, attachment, grief, transitions, mood disorders, trauma, identity development and more. There are no diagnoses or struggles that I won’t work with, but if you are needing something more specific than what I provide, I can help refer you to what you need as well.
Whether you’re needing help with something chronic or new, you do not have to do it alone.
