We are a small, veteran-owned, BBQ catering business located in West Michigan. We offer all things BBQ to include whole pig roasts, ribs, chicken, brisket, and pulled pork. All meats are wood-fired smoked using only the best hickory and oak West Michigan has to offer.

What’s your signature dish?
Our Hickory smoke Beef Brisket is our most popular dish. We follow a simple Texas tradition of only using course kosher salt and course ground pepper to season the meat. After that we let the hickory smoke and a low and slow cooking process do the rest. The final result is a flavorful, tender, moist piece of beef brisket that will make you think you are eating it in Texas.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We will sit down with our clients and build a menu that best suites their needs and budget
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to provide excellent food to customers that help make their event that much more successful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A love of working with people and cooking BBQ. Originally BBQ started out as a hobby and the old adage is never turn a hobby in to a business or it just becomes work. Well we did and we still love cooking BBQ for our customers to this day.
