My husband and I decided to use Pondview Florist for our October wedding at the Dan’l Webster Inn in Sandwich, MA. Diane came highly recommended by one of my girlfriends, who used her for her wedding. I knew nothing about wedding flowers, and I could only imagine what I wanted based on what I saw on Pinterest. My husband & I met with her before the wedding and bounced ideas off of her, and she was so helpful and patient. Her creativity went above and beyond, and I was blown away by her ability to recreate what I had shown her. Each flower was so fresh, full of color, strategically placed, and carefully thought out. They smelled magical throughout our wedding venue. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how stunning our florals were. Diane was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to emails. She worked within our budget and was still able to bring to life every idea we wanted. We felt extremely confident having her set up with little to no directions. I called Pondview Florist today from our home here in Michigan, needing a sympathy arrangement sent for an Uncle who just passed away in Winchester. Â I didn't catch the name of the sweet lady who answered the phone and took my order, but she was so kind and helpful! Pondview went above and beyond when my Mom called in an order for my son when he was in the hospital. She wanted balloons tied to a Lego set instead of flowers. ..they went to Catch a Falling Star and picked the set up and then called my Mom. Top Notch!I ordered an arrangement of mixed potted plants with white roses added, for the wake of a friend's mother. Â Saw it tonight at the funeral home. Â Pondview Florist did a beautiful job. This business is top notch. I have ordered floral arrangements from them many times and they never disappoint.The owner and staff are the sweetest people in the business. Creative, courteous, and professional. I rely on them to take my parties to the next level presentationwise.I always bring in my own containers, trophies and tea tins, and they prepare the most unique and gorgeous arrangements.The owner actually offered to come in on her day off to make an arrangement for me and then she delivered it to my home!There is no other florist in my mind. Who would have guessed that a person could have so much fun picking up a birthday arrangement  After walking into the shop, I was greeted and made to feel very welcome. I knew how much I wanted to spend, and the young lady began piecing together a very special arrangement (as a a matter of fact I was nervous that she misunderstood the dollar amount we discussed; the arrangement looked to be a very exspensive one). Come to find out that I have just been spending huge amounts of money on flowers elsewhere for no reason!  The bouquet cost no more than my budget and it was so thoughtfully put together.I will most definitely be bringing all of my business back to Pondview and the friendly, talented staff there! We get our weekly office floral arrangements from Pondview and have for years. Â Diane is amazing! Â It seemed like everyone who comes to the front desk has something to say about her gorgeous pieces! Â Each one is so tasteful and beautifully thought out, with little details that really make them stand out. Â The flowers are always so fresh and last well beyond the week. When you send someone flowers, you never really know what they're going to get (it's not like they'd call you to say they were dead or ugly lol) - go with someone whose work you can trust. Whatever your floral needs are whether it's birthday wedding funeral party new baby get well congratulations etc. This is the place to come. Diane and her team are so professional and friendly and creative I would highly recommend everyone and anyone to come here and get a taste of the beautiful and efficient and high quality work they do. I can't say I know much about flowers, but I can say that the people at Pondview Florist are so skillful and friendly, that it has become the only place for me to get flowers/arrangements.
