Polysthenics Fitness

This gym will change your entire attitude towards working out in the most amazing way. Ive been going to Polysthenics for about two months and I absolutely LOVE it. Zak is constantly mixing up the workouts so you never get bored, he has helped me with my nutrition and answers every little question i have, everybody is so fun and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is just exactly what you’d want for your gym.
