While I’ve dined here on and off some food not the best (using frozen items), takes a while for the server to come to the table, food takes a very long time. However this review is about my meal tonight…I ordered the cheesesteak absolutely melt in your mouth!! I asked for no peppers and cheddar cheese. It comes out with peppers and American cheese. The server takes it back to have it made the correct way!! Due to the negligence of the kitchen staff making it incorrectly and regardless of it being remade and accepted, when this type of mistake takes place the item is to be taken off the check!! The owner came out to speak with us and was very rude about the issue at hand. NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS!! There are so many other individually owned restaurants and even including chain restaurants that take proper care of their guests!! Especially when something is made wrong!! My family and I absolutely LOVE Polo’s! We usually go once a week and our meals are always delicious. They are super busy on weekends (which must tell you that the food is excellent) so expect to wait a little bit for your meal but it will be worth it. The longtime servers work their butts off and I know they’ve had some new ones who weren’t great but it doesn’t seem like they stay around for long. Finding employees has been borderline impossible since the pandemic and I’m sure Polo’s has experienced this too. Everyone is always extremely nice and friendly. We have 3 kids 4 and under and it’s definitely a family friendly restaurant with lots of options on the kids menu. They also serve Cliff’s ice cream which is just an added bonus! We’ve been going to Polo’s almost since they opened and we will continue to support this local, family owned bar and restaurant! More...

Yesterday we ate at Polos for the first time! I cannot say enough about our food and the friendliness of our waitress Christine! The best wings and Quesadilla and flatbread in the area! Ordered the take out taco kit, taco salad, and 23 oz sangria growler for Cinco de Mayo. It was pouring rain all day so got it delivered for 6:00. It was delivered at exactly 6. The taco kit was packaged so nice in containers. The food was delicious!!! The whole family enjoyed it!!! It was awesome and loved the sangria. I was very impressed and would def order again.
