What’s your signature dish?
Chopped Pork and Mac & Cheese have been very popular. We also provide a Pork Texas Taco that has been proven a winner as well. Some of our guests have enjoyed our Smoked portabello mushrooms too.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We discuss and review what they are wanting to provide to their guests and develop a competitive pricing structure

Providing our guests with exception food something that they have not quite tasted
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been an Executive Chef for over 25 years, this business has been a wonderful addition to display my passion for food.
