I recently started seeing Scorpions inside my house so I contacted a few pest control companies. Most of them had ridiculous start up fees and come out only every 3 months by that time I am already starting to see more bugs. I called Polite Pest and they were very informative on the chemical products they use. I love love love that they come out ever other month rather then every 3 months! We loved having Polite Pest control come over to spray the house! They were polite, very informative. Travis spent plenty of time with me on the phone and at the house answering questions. I was sent an invoice to pay so I didn’t have to go dig out my wallet. They went above and beyond in getting every nook and cranny I requested inside the house and including getting the yard! What do you love most about your job?
My favorite thing about pest control is the person behind the job. Most people are worried about seeing bugs and giving the customer peace of mind and seeing their faces after not seeing any type of pest issue gives me the satisfaction that we are offering a great service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being in the pest control industry for several years and at multiple companies in Arizona and the southwest has shown me what it takes to open Polite Pest. Learning to do's and dont's from other companies has given me an awesome understanding of what customers look for in a pest control provider and what they don't want. Polite Pest was founded on a very simple saying "People first, bugs second" that's something we live each day!

Potential customers should choose us because of the time and care we give each individual customer. We're a small local company trying to grow and our reputation means absolutely everything to us! In just one year we've already been nominated for being the "The Best Pest Control Company in The East Valley" by EXP realty and East Valley Connect.
