This Monday I ordered a corsage at Poinciana Flowers on the circle for $48.15 (paid for in advance) for a Homecoming Dance tonight. They asked me if I would like to pick it up on Friday or on Saturday between 10am-2pm. I chose Saturday is that was offered to me and most convenient. Today I went at 10am to pick it up and was sitting out front waiting for them to open. An employee pulled up to drop off her son at Ray's and said to me that it is her day off and they are not coming in today Really, not coming in. So how am I getting a corsage for tonight?! She called the owner and said it would be ready in 3 hours, well I won't be able to pick it up then as my son has a soccer game, so she said she could refund my money, really ‍. Extremely poor business when you know you have orders that you said could be picked up on a Saturday. So now they said they would deliver it by 12 noon. #notholdingmybreath Poor business when you take an order for a product and are not "coming in today" when you told me I could pick it up. More...
