What do you love most about your job?
I love helping and developing others. I've dedicated my entire career being not only a leader and a coach, but also serving others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My friends! I regularly get calls from friends and family about my advice and my opinions on a matter. Someone finally suggested I pursue this and I took a step back to see everything I had created. I have built large scale teams, I've run departments of over 800 people, and at the end of the day I love seeing people find their way and move in the direction of their dreams. Developing others and mentoring folks is something I love doing and consider it a passion.
Why should our clients choose you?
They should choose someone who inspires them. It'll be tough to compete against other successful coaches, but I hope that for the folks who I do end up working with I'm able to inspire something in them that they want for themselves and juntos/together they achieve what they truly deserve.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Hygiene and regular hand washing goes a long way! I lead an elementary school of over 400 students during COVID and I took every precaution under the sun to ensure everyone's safety and security every single day.
