I think this is a very bad company. Said they will come on a certain day at a certain time, and never shows up. No contact as to why and no response to my email if or when they will come. This is very unprofessional to me. At least have the courtesy to tell me they won't be able to make it. I waited for them to come for no reason. Will definitely not recommend. More...

Ana answered the phones, provided information, and booked appointments. She was friendly, efficient, and capable. She arranged a time for Alfredo to come out and check the job and provide an estimate. Alfredo was also very conscientious and polite. He arrived on time and evaluated the work to be done. He then provided a written estimate for the cost of the job. Insulation had been torn out of the crawl space due to flooding in the kitchen above. Their job was to replace the missing insulation. He did an excellent job explaining the job and what to expect. His estimate was available in 24 hours. Ana sent us the estimate by email. She then called and arranged a date for the work crew to come and complete the job. This was within two weeks of my initial call to them. On the morning of the job, unexpected circumstances at my house required me to call and reschedule the job. The crew and Ana were very understanding and gracious about this despite the last minute change. An alternate date was selected. The crew showed up on time, completed the work competently and neatly. They cleaned the workspace and left it in excellent condition just as they had found it. Payment was by check. It all went very smoothly. I am satisfied with all the interactions with the people involved. The work was excellent. The price was competitive and fair. Thank you so much PNW Roofing and Crawl Space Insulation. PNW Roofing replaced the roof on my detached garage. It was in dire need of repair, was leaking, and some of the underlayment was rotted. I received about six quotes which ranged from $1,800 to almost $7,000. PNW Roofing was the most thorough and competitive quote, so I selected them.Scheduling was easy and quick, after accepting the bid they came out the next week. The crew finished in a day. They were very professional and did an excellent job from the roofing to cleaning up to communicating - overall I was very impressed.Garage is now leak-free and the roof looks great. Very good experience overall. Job was for moss removal and prevention. They were very responsive to messages in a timely manner and have same week availability. The crew arrived on time and even a bit early. The job took about 2.5-3hrs and they worked hard the whole time. They cleaned up the moss that had been removed and kept my driveway and grass clean. The final cost was exactly what I was quoted and their price was much more cost effective than other quotes I have recieved. I went up on the roof after and verified that they had sprayed a moss killing solution and applied a dry powder to prevent future growth. Really appreciate their service and if the moss prevention stuff works well I will be a repeat customer next year. More...
