Great communication, very at ease with my animals being their rowdy selves all around her doing her job. My pittie even jumped up on the work table to steal more treats when one of my little dogs was getting trimmed up. They are a lot to handle, and Cassy doesn't bat an eye. I have 3 dogs, so having someone come to me to trim them is sooo much easier than booking multiple appointments, and transferring them out of the house individually. Highly recommend! My dog Barkley doesn’t do a very good job staying still but she took her time and gave him breaks where he needed it and was so gentle/patient. She was lovely to work with and I like that she gives clients the option to be present if they choose but they don’t have to be. Cassie is fantastic with my two chihuahua senior babies. She literally arrived within thirty minutes when I reached out to her with an emergency where my Honey ripped a nail. She even came in bad weather! She always has a calm loving demeanor and yet can handle my sassy girls for their nails. She is polite, trustworthy and well priced for in home personalized care. Cassy is amazing! She came in clutch for me and my pittie. Khaleesi was having some serious itchiness, redness, licking, etc & Cassy helped me out right away when i went looking.
