This is the most amazing property management around in the upstate area. They were fast, efficient, and effective. My previous PM had my house listed for 3 months with no tenants. Once I switched over to PMI in 2 days that had a new tenant and they made it happen with a price point that I was impressed with. I will never work with anyone else. On October 26,2022 I moved into an apartment that I never even looked at I was told that the pictures online was accurate and to just pay my deposit. This is my first apartment so I never knew anything about moving . This apartment had been broken into and they left it disgusting . They rented us a house that was basically falling apart and gave us a hard time every time we asked them to fix it. We paid our rent on time and in full and gave ample notice before we left. Based on occurrences with Covid-19 in 2020 I didn't see any deep concerns for renters that showed empathy. If anyone could not pay their rent, you needed to move. I don't see any evidence from my end with concern or care for renters when the rent due dates falls on weekends or holidays. For example July 4th falls on Sunday. Rent was due on Thursday 7/1/21 if you were out of town or worked late on the 1st or 2nd and the banks are closed on the 3rd-5th the company will ensure you know that a late fee will apply on the 6th. So technically you only had 2 days to get rent there. And that online voucher is a joke. That is no help. It is easier to just get a cashier's check. Additionally the electronic fee is too high. $17.50 for an online payment is not beneficial to their customers. More...

BEWARE!! This place is ridiculous! I applied for one of their rentals online and paid the application fee Sunday night at 10pm. I called Monday to make sure they received my application for a certain property. The lady asked me my name, I told her my name and she explained to me that "No she hasn't looked at my application and the property I applied for had already been rented." I explained to her that it was on their website the night prior at 10pm showing available and I had already set my showing date and time. She tells me "the property had already been rented BUT it takes time for the property to be taken down on their website." Long story short, these people take your application fees when they haven't even viewed your application and the properties on their website show available but could be already rented out, so your paying for something that's not even available! I asked for a refund of my application fees and she told me they were nonrefundable but could be used for another property. Well that would be fine but they had no properties available within the milage I needed or the price range I needed! I think it's more than ridiculous to charge someone something that isn't available and to not even have viewed my application yet! That was easy money for nothing on their end!! More...
