We were traveling on I-70 and stopped to charge at the Tesla supercharger in Grand Junction. So lucky to have found Plenty of Goodness. The food is amazing - if you have Celiac you can eat with confidence as Stacy makes sure there is NO gluten anywhere AND an extra bonus there are legit vegan options! overall good experience, we will def eat there again. some recommendations to the owners, shorten your menu, too many options. instead of a jack of all trades, master a few really good options. Also, Id rather pay a little extra and have sides with the sandwich type options. potato salad or something with the cheeseburgers and pay an extra couple bucks. can't wait to try the french toast.
