No idea why the one person couldn't figure out the pricing and called them shady. Just start a reservation and it's right there as you book on their secure website. Seems like user error. If you have to be somewhere like the airport at a specific time scheduling a ride share doesn't mean they will come. It just triggers the app to send a request. And if they do come you are going on the freeway with someone who may be a horrible driver. Or not know how to get to the airport without their phone. I always use Pleasant Limo.  YEARS now and it's consistently the same. Nice people driving who are professionals and safe. Edwin is one of my regular guys and he's the best. Just do the safe and reliable thing and use these guys. Drop offs and pickups at SFO are so easy. Texting to communicate and you can book online. They send reminders. Amazing customer service.   I recently used Pleasant Limo for a ride from SFO to Menlo Park.  The experience was flawless from beginning to end.  Reservations and communications were easy, both by phone and text.  Link up at the airport was simple and on time.   The limo was immaculate and my driver, Cristian, was prompt, friendly, and an excellent driver.  So far, the service was excellent, but it got even better.   In getting out, I had accidentally dropped my cell phone in the back seat.   Took a few minutes to discover it, and I was in a blind panic (their policy states they are not responsible for items left in car).  I called and they contacted Cristian (already back on the rush-hour, traffic-packed freeway).  He turned around and brought back my phone, with a smile.  It is bad enough to lose your phone, but doing so while traveling is catastrophic.   I am so grateful--this company is great. First, somebody actually answered the phone.  Off to a good start.  After I made the reservation from SFO to our hotel they provided a confirmation email.  The driver arrived fashionably early, texted he was waiting, and patiently waited for my text advising him we were ready.  He was well groomed and dressed nicely.  He was pleasant, but remained quiet unless we initiated conversation.  The limo was very nice and clean!!  Perfection.  When I made the return to SFO reservation it was a repeat performance.  Great experience!! I have used a number of car services/limo services for work and for personal travel in the NY/NJ area, in the Boston area, and in San Francisco.  This was among the best. Yesterday we went from Marin County to SFO early in the morning (5:30 am pick up).  I received a text confirmation the day before; when I replied, they replied back promptly. The driver arrived early, was highly professional, friendly and pleasant without being fake or forced (my tween daughter also thought he was genuine and nice). The vehicle was clean w/o any odors at all (no cleaning product smell; no perfume, smoke, or musty smell, etc.).  We encountered some speeding/sudden lane-changing cars, yet the driver stayed calm and relaxed.  Will definitely use this company again. After a long flight from Asia and traveling with my wife and our toddler and a lot of bags, I was VERY IMPRESSED with the service I got from Pleasant Limo. Elvin met us at the international arrivals meet point at SFO and took our bags to the immaculate vehicle and gave a great ride to our destination hotel in downtown SF. I called Pleasant Limo for an airport pick up from the Sunset in SF to Oakland Airport in December. It was an early morning pick up, I think about 5:45 am. The woman driver (I'm sorry I can't remember her name now) was early, extremely efficient, calm, friendly, pleasant but not overly so. The car was a Lincoln Town Car and was immaculate and comfortable. Since this was a flight just a day or two before Christmas, I had been a little concerned about being sure that whoever picked us up would show up on time, or at all. We have been using Pleasant Limo for several years.  Three key things: on time, great rates and professional. What more do you want? The drivers are extremely polite and they are always on time (early, in fact). Their rates are very reasonable and I know I won't get any surcharge for traffic or anything else. Their vehicles are spotless and well maintained. On way home, all I do is call/text after getting my bags and they are there within minutes. Their customer service is superb. I've been using Pleasant Limo for nearly 5 years. As someone who travels for work every week, I can say without a doubt that PL is the best service in town. I ride them to SFO every Monday morning and from  SFO every Thursday. They've never been late, are always polite and courteous, and make booking/billing a breeze - a simple text arranges my rides and I asked them to keep my billing information on file for ease of use. They send me a receipt after every ride, their cars are very nice (Mercedes, Cadillac, Lincoln, Tesla, etc.) and their drivers can carry on a conversation, make a recommendation, or just let you ride in silence if you so desire. This is a wonderful service. I took them from the Oakland hills to the SF airport. Elvin was my driver. He was terrific. He was a bit early which was great with me. We went about 10 minuets and I realized I had forgotten my my heart medication.He took me back with no complaints.He still got me to the airport in plenty of time. We used this service for our transportation from and to SFO. The service was great, the cars very comfortable. Our flight into SFO was delayed & they tracked our flight and still provided excellent on time service. Our driver into San Francisco, Jesus, welcomed us to San Francisco and told us much about the city and gave us some very helpful information. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. When searching for a limo service in the San Francisco area I was looking for affordability and most importantly good customer service. I found them both with Pleasant. I was an executive chauffeur for a few years, so I know what good service should be. Communication was excellent! My flight was delayed by 3hrs ; but the greeter was there waiting as soon we arrived. I used them twice this trip and compared cost with 5 other companies. Pleasant's cost was considerably less, with some other companies being exponentially higher. The five star reviews are real. I was suspicious of all the five star reviews on Yelp, but took a chance on them anyway. We used them twice. Once for a pickup at the Amtrak station in Emeryville and the second from the hotel in SF at 4:30 AM (yawn) for an early flight at SFO.  The service was excellent! Superb, actually. Both times. They sent me text messages to keep me posted on pickup times, then another text to tell me the driver was already at the train station.Both times the driver was waiting for us, handled all our luggage without being asked, was professional, courteous, did not chat our ears off, and drove safely in a clean Cadillac Escalade.My only minor negative is that no bottles of water were offered to us. Not sure if this is supposed to be provided or at the option of the driver. But this is a very minor point.I highly recommend Pleasant Limo. My best friend celebrated her birthday last Saturday and as of Thursday afternoon I had not yet reserved a bus for my party to take us to our destination in SF. When I called Pleasant Limo, the person who picked up the phone told me about a couple of options and said that the manager would call me shortly to see if he could offer me any special deals. When he called me back we agreed to a chauffered limo that he would find a way to get me a 10% discount. He promptly sent me picture of bus and credit card authorization so that we could finalize booking. The next afternoon the driver was at the pickup location 20 minutes before scheduled time and with a car that was even better than I had seen in the picture (black limo with black leather interior). The driver was very professional and even though it was supposed to be a non stop trip, he let us make one stop to pick up one more guest. Classy and friendly service. Will use again for sure. Got a quote in advance over the internet then made the reservation by telephone using the quote number. Used the "meet and greet" service and a representative was in baggage claim at SFO when we arrived. He helped with our six bags and got us to the Lincoln Navigator waiting at curbside. I have this thing about Ubering at night in a town that I am unfamiliar with.  A five minute trip across town? Sure! But someone picking me up from the airport at 11pm, in a town I don't know, in the dark really freaks me out. What if they just whisk me away to never never land? No thank you! Thus I always use a car service with a great Yelp reviews so that I can have peace of heart knowing I am in trusted vehicle with trusted drivers. On top of that Ubers sometimes have a super stench, and my pregnancy nose CAN NOT handle anyone's lack of hygiene right now! So I found Pleasant Limo LLC. The booking process was easy and over the phone, with a CC to hold my reservation. They texted me to keep me updated on their where abouts at all times. Both my inbound and outbound drivers were on time, courteous and super professional. The cars were clean, and smelled just like...car! (thank god). My driver even stopped for me at a Starbucks on my early morning trip back to the airport  Both cars sported big GPS systems so that neither driver had to play on their phone while navigating crazy SF traffic...thank you! I love getting home alive to my kids!My price was $57 dollars. I would assume to get a non-ride share Uber in SF, you're looking at roughly the same price!
